Perfect location to allow walking to Beale Street and many other museums and sights.

Great property awesome rain shower.

The shower door leaked water on to the floor. Bed was comfortable. Overall a nice room and hotel

The hotel was excellent. The location was spot on with convenient to great restaurants Beale st. Will stay there again when I go back.

It was an okay stay.

The housekeeping was terrible, we also had to change rooms when we first arrived because the first room had a bad smell, our bathroom wasn’t clean good the three days we were there, we asked for clean drinking glasses and all she did was rinse them out, not replacing them with new ones. Three days we stayed, A 5 star hotel but 1 star services.

Hotel is a bit dated

It was comfortable stay, location was good, and staff was courteous. Couple of things went against being best experience. 1) They forgot to put body soap in shower area, had to ask for it. 2) On check out, I was surprised to have charge for refreshments center/snack, while I had not consumed anything. Hope they check before applying charge. It was reversed after clarifying, but not best experience when leaving. Otherwise, good place to stay.

The location is good, but the property was a bit run down. The staff was great and was always super friendly and up beat.

Great hotel. Amazing location. Wonderful staff. Clean, updated, decently sized rooms. Noise levels are good. Personal fridge situation (recycled?) could be better, and I wish the snack area in the lobby had prices listed. But honestly, there is not much to complain about. If the price is right, book it!

Overall it was excellent

It was Easter weekend, but the bar was closed. No white wine in the hotel. The water in the room was scolding hot and did not cool down at all.

Very nice room and location

The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and very welcoming. Cynthia was there to greet us with a smile and answers to any questions. The property was beautiful and well maintained. This will be our go-to whenever we visit Memphis.
