Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was kind and very helpful. Room was as expected. Very close to train and bus station, 20 minute walk to Serdika.

The staff at this hotel was just excellent. From the two women who ran the breakfast in the morning to the people at reception. They were helpful, polite, prompt, friendly. The location is excellent, too - right by the central bus and train stations with lots of bus, tramway and metro connections available. Our room had a bit of a cleanliness issue which we reported to the staff and they seemed concerned. The surface of everything was very clean but a look under the bed or under a mattress was a bit gross.

Best Western Terminus is a pretty decent hotel, and I would recommend to others. The staff was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I had questions about getting around the city and different sites, and they were quick to provide guidance about the city. My room was cozy and free of issues for the most part. Daily housekeeping was good. The breakfast buffet was edible, having a bit of variety for everyone. I wasn’t crazy about the outside location and area, which was not far from the bus station; however, I felt safe within the hotel and immediate area.

Excellent staff

very friendly staff, very clean and spacious room. the price is unbeatable for how nice of a room it was. my only complaint is the mini fridge wasn't very cold or secured down but a very minor thing. i really enjoyed my stay here.

Clean room, nice breakfast, and close to the train station for easy access to the city centre. I would stay here again

Located across from Central rail station and tram stops. Helpful reception. Comfortable room with good soundproofing. The air conditioning was good. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was a fair selection of tasty items, both hot and cold fare.

Perfect. A very nice, clean and spacious room. The staff were very friendly. We were allowed to check-in very early as that’s when we arrived in Sofia and were given a takeaway breakfast the morning after as we left early. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the bus & train station. It is walking distance to the city centre or use the tram directly outside, which is very cheap with the €2 unlimited daily journeys cap.
