Staff was unprofessional, room was not cleaned and not as booked

We enjoyed the stay. Our room was very clean, the free breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.

They need better food, a back door card reader that works, and to clean the rooms better.

The stay was fine. Had some issues with check in and the key not working. Kids did get disappointed as the pool was closed early on a Saturday without any warning otherwise good experience.

The shower pressure is phenomenal! The beds were new and very comfortable. Space is amazing in the suite.

The space of the room was wonderful specially with the full size fridge and mini kitchen. The bed was beyond comfortable. One of the best hotels I have stayed in in Rapid City. Will definitely be back.

Great location, quiet, quality breakfast, and spacious room.

Kind staff, but understaffed and not enough resources. Bugs in the room, dirty AC vents, unclear communication that advance notice was needed for turndown service.

Excellent place to stay. Very large room for a good price and lots of shopping and dining within a mile. Very clean and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and breakfast was good - we loved our stay here!

The couch was very hard, uncomfortable to sit on. The bed I slept in sagged in the center, my wife and I pretty much rolled to the center. The bathroom has no exhaust vent. The toilet plugged up on the second morning, went down to let them know, they said they would come down right away, we left for the day, come back and still plugged up, had to go and ask again. The bathroom door barely closed, had to use force to open and close. The ice maker in the freezer did not work.

Room was clean and spacious, pool and hot tub were nice, bed and pillows were very comfortable! Breakfast was pretty good, but it would have been nice to have some sort of eggs or other protein option. Overall, a great place to stay!
