The staff was friendly , the hotel was clean and it was perfectly situated by the stadium. The mattress in our room was too big and hung over the base. We had to change rooms. The entry way and pool area smelled of smoke and cigar smoke. It was excessive and overpowering. It didn’t seem that the staff implemented the no smoking rules as several people were smoking by the pool at all hours of the day.

The couch in 318 looked like it collapsed in the middle. I did not dare to sit on it for the entire stay.

The location of this property was great. Super quiet area and a little plaza with several different dining options. Our room was great for our family of 5. Pool was nice and clean, well maintained. Breakfast was good too, many different options. Only issues we had in our room was the deadbolt lock, it wouldn’t engage when we turned to lock the door. We used the top latch mostly but it was still a little scary not having any extra sense of security.

I didn’t like breakfast.

Staff is always so kind and welcoming. Our only issue is that our toilet ran water all day and night, it was a little annoying.

Easy stay, staff that checked us in at 10pm was nice and helpful. Our suite room is big and clean. Cabinets looked like they need updating but not that important really. Only thing is, at night there might be people talking outside and you might hear them if you’re in the 1st floor. There’s a bar in the same plaza so you will either be a part of that sound or you don’t want it. Overall it was a good stay. Breakfast was free for us as well +++!

The room is clean enough but comforters, pillows, towels was smell so bad. I have to use paper towels to dry my body instead of a towel. Then use perfume to spray on pillows and bed. Another thing is when I checked on the website I didn’t see any charges for dog to stay but when I checked out it was charged 160$. I don’t usually write a review but I have to do this time

Very friendly, comfortable bed, quiet location

We had a great stay I. The two bedroom / 2 bath unit. It was perfect for our family of four adults. Everyone had their space and the breakfast was just what we needed to start our day.

The hotel is nice but the air conditioning on the 2nd floor wasn’t working and when we mentioned the issue they said it was motion activated. The air PLAINLY DID NOT WORK!!!
