The hotel does not have gym as advertised, which is kinda disappointing.

Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast featuring local foods.

The facilities are a little old, room is big, conveniently located, surrounded by restaurants, shopping mails, close to subway.

Room is very spacious. Staffs are friendly. Location is very convenient, surrounded with food, shopping mall and pubs

Check in after 12AM and the front desk does not speak English

This is a nice hotel. Clean, Nice rooms, decent food Wifi worked. The check in was a little slow, but that is not unusual in China. Not much to walk to, but plenty within a cheap cab's fare

I made a reservation through Expedia around 10:30 pm. Me and my girlfriend arrived at the hotel around 11 pm, and was told there was no room. The staff at the hotel was very sorry, and apologize for this. Not sure what's going on, but we had to move to another hotel.

Nice beautiful hotel with everything you need 5 star and more walk in the parks next store to see the people of China do their lives

The shower water was cold when I came to have a shower, so pity, and it was too late to change another room, But the manager gave me two breakfast for her sorry

Room was decent, the hotel staff could've been more helpful. Biggest issue is that there's no AC, and it's already very hot in Wuhan. We were just advised to open the window, which then made it noisy and smoggy.

This hotel is really old, not the greatest for a 5-star hotel in China. No Wi-fi in room which is a huge no no. Also, no breakfast included (breakfast is usually complimentary for almost every hotel in China).

Wuhan Jin Jiang is a lovely international hotel with excellent service and rooms. I am always pleased with the value I get at a Chinese Hotel that caters to business travelers. Im a swimmer and booked this hotel because of the pool. Unfortunately, the fitness and pool floor look like they are part of a two star hotel. Old, poorly maintained, inconsistent design, no towels, attendant was sleeping at the desk, peoples personal property was scattered everywhere! The contrast with the rest of this lovely hotel was bordering on comedic.

Very beautiful, peaceful, comfortable Executive Junior Suite at a reasonable rate. Only drawback: no wireless in room, slight smoke odor. Good breakfast.

スタッフ、施設いずれもとても良かったです。 個人的には施設・室内の香り（？）、バス用品ともに高級感のある香りで過ごしやすく気に入りました。 次回武漢に行く機会があればリピートします！

房間不清潔，前台服務員態度惡劣、歺廳東西難吃還不新鮮，和很久以前差太遠...沒有冷氣，熱得滿頭大汗，開了窗也不行，剛住進去的衛生間的衝涼房里頭發令人惡心...

1）前台部分服务员态度恶劣。2）房间刚住进去，冲凉房里地上一堆头发没清理，让人噁心。3）房间里空调都没有！再也不会去住了！
