2nd visit here - service never fails

clean room with a nice view of the grounds. lovely staff.

There room was cold so I had to move to another one. There was a poor odour in the rooms.Breakfast was average and there were not bathrobes or slippers. When asked if I could have a dental kit I was told there is a charge, where as in other hotels this is given complementary.

Clean, warm room. Perfect for an overnight business stopover. Good breakfast. Will stay again.

The hotel was a lovely building with friendly staff and set in a stunning location. We found our room was very clean and comfortable and we both had a great nights sleep. There was a great selection of breakfast and the restaurant is a pleasant place to be.

Friendly and helpful staff with a good range on the menu.

Beautiful building, in a superb location. Fitted perfectly our needs for visiting the nearby annual Royal International Airshow.

Comfortable room

Disliked being given a room overlooking a rubbish dump outside the bedroom window. We complained and moved to a first floor room overlooking fields , sheep and a large pond. Lovely. We had to pay £10/day extra for this. Photo on web site misleading as entrance to Hotel at rear ( no grand entry drive as the photo suggests) Dining in school hall like dining room. Food good.

Tiniest room ever, but the other facilities are good.

An outstanding property to stay at!! The staff were Amazing, plenty of parking and a gorgeous room with plenty of space!!

Very clean, friendly staff, easy check in, plan of parking, wonderful surroundings

A lovely location with wood/lake walks directly adjacent to the hotel. The room was compact, but clean and well equipped with welcome gifts of water and biscuits. Bed good, shower reasonable, but TV a little small for the room size. Food in the evening and at breakfast was very good. All staff were ultra helpful, attentive and polite. Overall recommended.

Lovely bar and restaurant. Excellent food and service. Room was spacious and clean, a little dated but the overall price of our stay was so reasonable that we expected that. Would definitely use the hotel again.

Nie quiet location

The room we were allocated was tiny ! Had to ask for larger room and was charged extra £20 per night

Hotel looks gorgeous from the outside. Clearly a wedding venue hotel where little attention is given to the bedrooms. But all in all good value for money
