The front desk person was very personable. Made sure we had what we needed

Everything was excellent with exception of bathroom floor. There was hair, dirt and pieces of lint on floor. Surely wasn’t vacuumed.

Breakfast was not as good as it used to be. Could hear our neighbors when they came in at 3 am to 4am. Staff came into our room even tho we had a still enjoying to room sign up.

Nice friendly staff. Very easy check in process.

The young woman at the front desk was very efficient and welcoming.

Room 334 bathroom needs repair. Grout around tiles deteriated, causing tiles to lift up and trim around wall to crumble. Shower in same bad condition. Mattress uncomfortable. And a good fabric cleaner needed on chairs, as they are stained.

Morning breakfast offering is always convenient but we were on the road before 6 AM. Appreciated the grab and go breakfast bag. Thank you. Staff were pleasant from beginning to departure.
