The hotel is in a Great location with stunning views of the sea and sun set. The staff where great and the food was excellent. Some storage area was very hard to access, the bathroom needs a redesign, It was so badly laid out that when you sat on the toilet you had to be VERY careful not to burn yourself on the VERY hot towel rail, ( I did once) Towel rail was to close in front of you. The boxing around the back of the toilet need changing as this is to high and when you bend to wash your face in the sink you hit the tile edges with your right arm.

Spacious, light room. No aircon, although a tower fan was provided free of charge. Small table top in-room fridge was an extra (minimal) charge per night though. Modern bathroom, shower looked great but shower tray bowed a little underfoot and wasn't the biggest space to shower in. Staff were friendly and helpful. The dining room was spacious with views out to the sea. Breakfast was delicious.

It's situated opposite the beach and has a good bus service. Great Seaview walks. Great outside restaurant. Staff are brilliant and rooms are clean.

Staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast good. Bedrooms very clean with ok facilities, but dark. Housekeeping excellent,friendly and discreet. Negatives....very busy road from early morning to evening. Due to ongoing refurbishment terrace pebbled and uneasy to walk upon. Bar area has no windows or atmosphere so uninviting, dark and gloomy. Worse things 1., nowhere to sit outside if not dining (sat at rear in staff area just to sit and relax) ..2.expensive restaurant which charged tips for residents .3. Hotel focus was on dining and sunset seekers rather than guests 4. Isolated and nowhere to relax in the resort

We had a great stay in guernsey and Cobo bay hotel was really nice, staff were friendly and accommodating, the menu was nice although we eat at various places around the island and all where great. Although the room was a little tired it was clean with lots of little extras, the slipper and robes where a nice touch. We hear the hotel is getting a refurbishment soon and we are planning to return next year and seeing how things have changed.

Stayed here on a trip with work for 4 nights and was very impressed with EVERYTHING, the front terrace looking out over the sea was beautiful, the rooms were comfortable well stocked tea trays and cleaned daily, staff very friendly and bar service and selections exceptional, I’d highly recommend staying here

Booked this for a short 4 day visit the sea view rooms were definitely worth it, room was nice and clean everyday, staff were extremely nice, friendly and very helpful with getting around the island and the food was lovely

A very clean, tidy and well-appointed hotel. Our balcony room overlooking the beautiful Cobo Bay was just amazing: light, fresh and airy.

The A-Team that make this hotel great were excellent. There’s some building work happening which meant the sauna wasn’t accessible but it’s a small point to an otherwise great stay

Wonderful place with a stunning view over the bay

The room was clean but no chairs or table, there wasn't enough room for them. We had a veranda with a table and chairs but during our stay the weather was not ok to sit outside. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast good.

The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good parking on site. Room a little outdated but very comfortable. We had breakfast incl. again you could order anything off the menu , change it up or add extras to it. Really good food. One night we had dinner here again food was amazing and service was excellent.

The most equipped hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and in the room you didn't want for anything. Even made a packed breakfast the night before as the flight was so early. Couldn't recommend enough.
