Highly Recommend Our eighth stay at Cibeles Boutique Hotel, and it’s always great. We feel very comfortable, we enjoy the breakfast and menus selections. Helpful staff, great location, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll be back!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Very nice room, the bed was comfy and a wonderful view of the sea. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay at a Melia hotel again.

Parking might be an issue if you have large car or SUV.

Amazing place to stay! Spa facilities are great

The price for the hotel is absolutely too high for this standard of hotel. The rooms have a minimalist finish, no carpets or rugs. There was a stench from the sewage in the bathroom, and every time we drained the water on the upper floors, the water in our toilet bowl would belch. At the pool, wine is served in glasses (no glasses?). Apart from the location, nothing is worth the price here.

We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Booked this hotel for the view from the dining area and the closeness to the beach and town. Very clean hotel with good facilities. Afternoon and evening menu not to our liking so ate out. Alicante has plenty of quality near by restaurants and bars along the main walkway and old town area. Lovely location alongside the beach and marina. Sea view rooms all have a small balcony as per photo. Hotel entrance set back from the road so a little difficult to identify. Any issues we had with the room and a request for a mains adapter were dealt with immediately and provided at no charge.

It was a great stay. The breakfast choice was extensive and great quality. We also had dinner there one evening and the steaks were cooked exactly as we asked. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the cost of minibar items which we declined to purchase.

Rooms large and great views but the walls out on balcony looking over sea all peeling. Breakfast way too crowded, tables not cleaned, piles of plates on tables and no cutlery. Hot food was lukewarm and not a huge amount to choose from, eggs not cooked and scrambled egg tastes like rubber. When I complained I was told it was due to high amounts of people coming at one time which was unusual???? They had one waiter, bless him! Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Paid quite a bit extra per room for breakfast, which I def would not do again. Like I said rooms were lovely but extremely noisy when door open to balcony, and still heard quite a lot when closed, had to wear ear plugs!

Very thinly staffed for a high-end hotel, the few that there were were very diligent and tried hard to keep everyone happy.

Lovely stop off for an early flight the next morning, lunch view is stunning

Amazing from start to finish, food fab, pool fab, staff great. In a convenient location & 15 mins from airport. Loved it!

Bathroom is not clean

The location is everything! Do yourself A favor and get sea view! Breakfast buffet was decent. We got upgraded to a JR suite which was amazing!!!! Didnt even see that one coming so thank you Miriam

I really struggle to see how this hotel qualifies as a 4*. From the 70’s style lobby through a rusty entrance, the strange scent of ammonia and throughout the downstairs area it all just feels really, tired. The check in staff were nice enough, the cleaning and restaurant staff were lovely and the room is fine, huge bed and smart TV, decent minibar and snacks, but if you choose a port view I’d say you need to be on floor 5 and above to actually see anything. The bathroom was clean but old and grubby grout etc. but the very worst thing was how thin the ceilings were - our second morning I could hear the room above being cleaned/ chatting as if I was in there with them. The bar has a lovely view of the sea and if you’re just using it to sleep here there then have breakfast - fits the bill.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We took the Wellness Spa offer during checkin. The food was great and they went out of their way to make my husband so e Paella, which is normally not on the menu. The location to the beach and boardwalk is a plus….
