1. Once I got in bed, from day 1, I got dust mite allergy. I did not realise at start. Before the last night, I asked to see the manager who was not available. I was told he will call me back. The manager never did. 2. The Italian restaurant they operate is more like a food that does not demand much skill. Fruits are left in one area, yogurt in another, salad bar, cheese bar, overcooked food, bacon in a lot of food, not enough variety for vegetarians or vegans. I suggest for vegetarians and vegans to stay away from this hotel. The food is basic. For example, the tiramisu is not good and if I have to rate this on a scale of 10, I will give it “0”. The risotto was average or below average, the aubergine parmigiana was another joke, the aubergines were sliced between 3 to 4 cms thick, tasteless, as if prepared by a worst cafe chef instead of an Italian restaurant in a hotel. The food seemed to have been prepared by a below average Italian chef. I was told that I can arrange and suggest for some food for vegetarian but got completely ignored when requested. 3. Watch out before signing on order invoices in the Italian restaurant at the entrance. The lady welcoming you will get you to sign a blank order invoice even if you do not intend to order any drink. Check your bills before paying. This could be a fraudulent practice that I drew their attention on given I am an auditor of hotels and businesses!! 4. Lack of facilities: very limited. 5. Not welcoming for non-Spanish!

We. booked their sister hotel but when we got there, the hotel was closed. We finally got into the hotel that was closed and the operational staff said that that they moved us to another hotel. Although, they never sent us a text or email on this move. When we finally found the new hotel, they gave us a room that faced a busy road. We asked to change the room, however we had to pay an additional cost. Not my favourite hotel.

Wonderful facilities, very convenient location but horrendous check-in line. I had to wait 45 minutes to check in. Very inefficient. And on top of that, in order to get the pool towels, I had to get in line again. Very bad system for a simple to task to get pool towels. The deposit should be handled upon check in or at the towel kiosks. They shouldn’t send people again to make another 30 min line to give a deposit and get some pool towels. A total waste of time.

Todas las instalaciones y la habitación me encantaron, quizás a lo único que le pongo una queja es que me perdí para llegar a ciertas instalaciones

Living in Spain on a strict lockdown, we were happy to get some freedom. We live in Cadiz province and decided to get away to Huelva/Punta Umbria for the weekend. This property is HUGE!!!! With that being said, when we first arrived we checked into the wrong building. We were not the only ones turned around. After driving for 3 hours, waiting in line to be turned away wasn't the best. We drove to the next building and was told to park in the garage. My husband wanted to drop me off at the lobby but he was told no. From where we parked in the garage (F) to the reception area is a LONG walk. Check in, we waited about 15 minutes. The gentleman that assisted us was very kind and informative! Once we got to our room, it was very clean and rather large. We got the superior double room with terrace. If you're wanting to step out on a balcony with a table and chairs, book the terrace. The pool and splash park was really nice. It was nice to be able to get a sun lounger to relax by the pool. We took advantage of the snacks/drinks at the pool bars. My biggest complaint would be the mosquitoes. They should definitely treat the outdoors for pests. I had my own spray but it still wasn't enough. We wanted to stay outside longer but the bugs were to much. Therefore we didn't take advantage of the evening animation. We were told a checkin what restaurant and time we go to for breakfast/dinner. First night was American 5/10, second night International 10/10. I would stay here again

Overall good trip. Parking is 12 Euros per day. Laundry- crazy expensive. Nothing great about customer service, average to above average food. Pool was crowded & loud-but renting one of the canopy beds was a great idea! 49 Euro for the day. Beach was fun - our boys loved it. You can rent chairs (independent of the hotel) for 23 Euros for the full day or 7 Euros for half day. Hardly anyone speaks English but we managed.

Hotel was an average property. The room closets were a bit worn and there was a mix up with housekeeping servicing the room when we did not want it. Local area was average as nothing was open.

The Hotel is humungous. The rooms are spacious. The matresses need to be updated. The hotel is located right next to Ocean Dunes.....there are walking paths galore. Unless you have a car, the hotel is not easy to access. While there, numeous busloads of senior citizens arrived and it seems the hotel caters to group tours.

Although this is a nice hotel,it is so noisy.I went for a rest, I had the bar beneath my room and the nightly entertainment opposite, this was so loud but as it finished at midnight I thought I could cope...no, the bar closes but the customers stay until 3.30 , shouting etc...by then sleep is impossible .I asked to change rooms but they told me they had a lot of people trying to change rooms as the hotel is huge and most rooms actually face some type of bar or entertainment ..It was the same with the restaurants , I ended up renting a car and going out to eat a lot as you couldn't hear yourself talk in them, everything is just too noisy and too manic....

Huelva beaches are some of the best ones of Spain. The place where the hotel is situated is perfect. Not very far from the beach, five minutes walking through a marvellous path among dunes and trees, and near a commercial center. The first problem is the huge amount of people accomodated there. My room was 5269!!. Three buidings. To go from one corner of the resort to the other (i.e. going to have dinner) there are more than 10 minutes walking. No place to put your toilets or chairs unless you get to the pool at 7.00 a.m. Lunch or dinner time at the restaurants is like getting into a mass of people trying to get a piece of food. And children are alone to get the food most of the times!!! (although it is advised that children under 8 should go with an adult). Spa installations are good, but perhaps expensive. Animation programs are good, both for children and adult people. So, in my opinion, this is a good place to go with your children. But if you are trying to get some relax or peace, or good food, don´t go there. There is another option nearby, which I visited las year, which is really a good hotel to stay.

The place is VAST and aimed squarely at spanish families with young children. Nothing wrong with this but you may feel like uninvited guests at a kids birthday party if you don't fit the demographic. Did not feel like a 4 star hotel, more like a butlins, fairly spartan for the price. Food was truely, truely dreadful. Mushy, disintegrated pasta and unidentifiable meat. Even though we'd paid for 3 nights upfront we left after 1 and booked a new hotel as it didn't feel like a holiday.
