Great location. Kind staff. Lots of counter space and good sized bathroom.

Loved our stay! Very chic room, delicious breakfast with lots of options, and rooftop patio with drinks made on request! Easy to walk to all major attractions.

The elevator is very small. Breakfast is above average.

Enjoyed the quieter atmosphere of the area. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooftop patio was such a lovely bonus. Finally, the shower was wonderful!

The hotel is centrally located to restaurants and shopping centers, but due to the construction going on, there were detours in the bus route. Our room is clean, spacious, well maintained and complete with amenities. Breakfast has options to choose from, delicious! Staff are nice and friendly.

Hotel Silla is modern and always clean with a professional and friendly staff.

I booked a premium triple room through Expedia but they put me in a standard double (no chair or couch to sit on - only a double bed in the room). When I asked if a larger room or better river view was available on a higher floor, I was told I would have to pay an additional 50€ per night. I declined but they ended up billing me the full amount quoted by Expedia for the premium triple room, which I did not realize until after checking out. Consequently I ended up paying close to double what I should have been charged. Very disappointing. Otherwise we liked the hotel and the location. Clean, well decorated and with a very nice breakfast service. The only other negative was thin walls/floors made the noise from other rooms/floors a bit disturbing.

The location made for an easy walk into/out of downtown. Several places to dine nearby. One of my party slipped coming out of the bathroom - awkward step down - and was hurt … the staff was very helpful immediately afterward.

This was a perfect location to solo explore Florence. Tons of great options for food located on the same street but even more options if you walk around the neighborhood. Most attractions were within walking distance but there’s also a bus stop a few minutes around the block if you need. Nice spacious room, friendly and helpful staff. Nice refurbished room, comfy bed, excellent location within walking distance of all the sites, but away from the noise and the crowds. Great breakfast, with plenty of options for all. Also they leave coffee and pastries out during the day which is very nice.

Perfect for our trip!

A glorious find. The hotel is a wonderful location, just across the river which provided a lovely stroll to the busier parts of the city. A beautiful historic building - my room was spotless and quiet - the bed was very comfortable. There is a living room and coffee, tea and pastries are supplied. The breakfast is fabulous - something for every dietary requirement and taste. Staff are friendly- I will stay here again.

Great location and wonderful view. Easy to walk everywhere we wanted and relaxing when we came back for the evening. Good breakfast on the terrace. Comfortable beds and pillows.
