Overall, we had a very wonderful experience at this hotel. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was also excellent with a large variety of choices. But the most unforgettable part of our stay was the young girl at the front desk. She was incredibly kind, polite, warm, and welcoming. She made guests feel truly cared for and gave us such a warm and comfortable feeling from the moment we arrived. She was also extremely patient and genuinely had a beautiful heart. It is rare to meet someone who treats guests with such sincerity and kindness. Unfortunately, I did not catch her name. She was a young Italian girl with blonde curly hair, big eyes, and a round face. She is truly an amazing employee — responsible, caring, patient, and professional. The hotel is very lucky to have someone like her representing the front desk. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

The nicest hotel I stayed at. Very large, clean room, helpful and attentive staff. Very close to a bus stop to get downtown.

Location is far from main attractions, you have to use the bus or taxi, and sometimes busses get delayed Hotel is located in a neighborhood area, never felt unsafe. Breakfast was included so that was a great way to save euros and breakfast was well served.

The rooms were large and clean. The hotel breakfast was excellent, and the staff was very responsive to requests for taxis, directions, etc.

Rooms were clean and quiet, staff was friendly and helpful with all my questions and the outside of the hotel and surrounding area was really quiet and peaceful would definitely recommend to other's.

This is a great hotel, clean, safe, with a wonderful staff. It has basic amenities. If it had a spa and massage services, it would be perfect. The area is a 10-20 minute ride from the main tourist attractions, which costs 15-20 euros by taxi, but there is a solid public transportation option.
