Upscale hotel located downtown. Has a bar inside located just beyond the entrance. Room had a walk out balcony. Breakfast was not included with the stay. The shower was small. Robe was not included.

We enjoyed our stay. Such a beautiful property. I was not aware that valet was required for parking which was $40 per night.

I love staying at this hotel. I’ve stayed here on a couple occasions. It’s definitely 1 of my top 3 favorites to stay at when I’m visiting.

We got snowed in Atlanta and booked Twelve Downtown. As a family of five, the suite type of accomodation was really spacious but allowed for enough proximity to still spend time together as a family. It was really nice and clean. Staff was helpful and welcoming. The location was really convenient as it was next to the MARTA. It's a medium-shortish ride to the airport via the gold or red lines or take a quick lyft ride. I hope to come back and visit Atlanta at Twelve (not during a snow storm).

I was charged $80.00 for valet parking for 1 vehicle for 1 night which should have been $40.00. The overall stay was great

They will falsely charge you for smoking for $250. I don't smoke. This is criminal the way I've been charged

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Unfortunately, I was a bit underwhelmed by the cleanliness. My child found a pill left by a previous guest on the floor near the couch—thankfully, it was my eldest who found it, not my youngest. Additionally, there was a faint odor in the hallways that resembled skunk, likely from people smoking near or in the building. Parking was also quite confusing. I was told to park in the back but then informed it was valet-only, which left me unsure of the process. While the location proximity was excellent, I don’t feel it justified the price.

The room wasn’t as described in pictures. The hotel staff was rude. When asked to be moved to another room they would not accommodate. When asked to speak to management they were never available.

The employees and valet were great! I booked a wheelchair accessible room or what I thought was and it was absolutely not wheelchair accessible. The balconey and shower borh had steps into/out of them. We made it work. Overall very nice place, would stay there again. No vending machines available either.

Room was clean, staff was amazing!! every one of them from valet, front desk, security and restaurant, they were all helpful / friendly and generally cared. Don't find that to often. Only real negative was the personal that hangs out around the outside, which unfortunately cannot be controlled.

Nearly everything we wanted to do was about 15 minutes of walking, very nice to not have to worry about driving. If we needed to drive the valet service was amazing and being timely in retrieving our vehicles. Super repectful. Liz at the front desk is top notch and helped me through alot of booking issues caused by Expedia
