Staff is very enthusiastic, good swimming pool service, nice and spacious bathroom

Super great times when staying here. It's right the day Vietnam celebrated 50th Vietnam Reunification Days.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I had to check out at night due to poor security. While I was resting, a stranger filmed and took pictures without my permission. The receptionist handled the situation very poorly and the bellman had a sarcastic attitude and did not respect the customers. I felt very insecure and unwelcome during my stay here. It cost nearly 4 million VND for a night's stay but the quality of service was completely unworthy. I advise everyone to consider carefully before booking a room here.

This hotel is so historical and the room is very big. What I love the most is, it is in the central of the city. So you can just walk to get to the Ho Chi Minh City landmarks.

It was great experience! Lovely hotel. It 's like you turn back to olden times. I like the structure and the interior elements. Its the old Saigon. The staff are very helpful and they are very accommodating. The hotel is just front of the Saigon plaza. I love the whole set up. I got chocolate from the staff also at night. Lovely hotel! My business trip was amazing with that hotel! I can work and at the same time enjoy the view.

Beautiful hotel, central location, friendly staff, enthusiastic support. I arrived early and the hotel supported early check-in without any extra charge. The room was clean and fully equipped.

I was in this hotel for six nights and I enjoyed it. The hotel staffs are amazing and friendly. Breakfast was very good too. However I had crab soup and I didn't like it and also it was so so expensive. But still I would say Rex is excellent with its customer service. Also everything was very convenient.

Good facilities. Friendly Nvien. Attentive service and quick and flexible resolution in case of noise caused by construction. All staff are enthusiastic. Will visit the hotel if I have a chance

Phòng nhỏ, nội thất củ, khăn tắm và áo ngủ bẩn và củ kỷ quá. Nhà tắm ngập nước. Nói chung quá thất vọng. khách sạn 5 sao nhưng giống nhà nghỉ. Ăn sáng củng quá đơn giản ít món. Không ngon.

bữa sáng quá ít món và đồ không ngon 1 tí chút nào luôn. chỉ có ít món tây nhưng món nào cũng thừa muối. nội thất trong phòng đã cũ kĩ nhiều. bên ngoài sảnh thì đẹp và được chăm chút bể bơi nhỏ xíu. bù lại vị trí quá tuyệt vời

the stay was pleasant and nice. Service was excellent and breakfast was very good with two live stations. its location is excellent being so close to the cathedral and post office and walkable to saigon square 1 and Ben than market. no shortage of shops or restaurants to explore from there.

Hotel is in the nguyen hue street- great location

The room was great overall specially the bed make me slept really well, breakfast is awesome from local food to western food even vegetarians food. Location is perfect cause its nearby everything you can think of. Rooftop restaurant is fabulous then with nice pool and gym make everything even better.

Happiness through the airport, the hotel is dirty, will never come to autumn 2

A lot of cigarette smoke smell in lobby until inside elevator. I stay there 4 days 3 nights... but the last days before checking out was least smell. One day I had to call and asked tea and coffee as they forgot to add it. But very good location.
