Avoid. When we got to the property our reservation was not found, and we had to stay elsewhere (looking for another place at 9:30 at night). A glitch in the system once in a while is understandable, however Expedia was unable to contact the host after this, and hence we were unable to get our money back.

Extremely courteous staff. Clean rooms. Painless check-in and check out.

No water part of the time. Questionable nieghborhood that it is surrounded by. They should have an access door to the main street available.

VERY OUTDATED PROPERTY - BEDS NOT UP TO STANDARDS. Property looked very bad - Good was parking and security aswell the staff .

The property is very nice, comfortable and 24 hr gate security. No one can and will get past the entry gate if you are not a guest. Very quiet, clean and AC worked wonderfully 💯. The water went out a few times but this comes with the country happenings .. Staff very nice and helpful. You will need a car or UBER to move around. FYI driving in Costa Rica is a nightmare .. please consider your plans. I am a native but live in the US.. would definitely stay again .

The property itself was beautiful with well-maintained landscaping and cultural murals. The staff were kind, easily approachable, and went above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms, while a bit dated, were highly- functional with the added benefit of a fully complete kitchen and stackable washer and dryer (which you have to supply the dish and laundry soap). The only downside was that the floors were quickly dirty and that the hot shower was rather lukewarm which I suspect is more cultural. Again, I would easily recommend this hotel and would readily return.

I enjoyed staying there the staff were friendly, helpful with information, clean environment. I appreciate the fact that they can communicate in English because I only know the basic in Spanish.My suite was cleaned daily. Very nice
