Overall for 2 days stay it was okay

Unprofessional staff ( specifically the manager and the Indian girl) I had a second reservation and they argued that I didn’t have one and came to my room to wake me up and call my room. Once i came to the reception and showed them my confirmation and told them the night person even left them a note for that regard… the manager didn’t bother to apologize or to the minimum stay polite… I canceled and I went to the Hilton “ way better staffs and well educated with manners)… DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE… stay away from the staff and specially from the hysterical.manager “ dress with ‘casual” my t-shirt. STAY AWAY

Never used the pool or laundry just feel the parking cost was high for one nite stay

Room was clean. King bed was comfortable. Quiet area. Close to casino. Very happy with our stay. Would recommend to everyone.

Allows service dogs. Stayed here many times over the years and its always a good experience. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced and friendly staff. What else could you need!

Nice and clean rooms, friendly staff. Great location and less than 10 minutes walk to Fallsview Casino.

Adjoining room just partitioned by a door. Disturbance at 3-5 am

Spacious, clean room at a great price. Friendly, helpful staff. Beds and linen/towels were nice. Great location, walking distance to all the attractions.

Excellent service

The stuff was very friendly, the room was not that clean specially the bathroom, at the same time, we cannot blame the cleaner as I saw there was only one cleaner for the floor so most probably she has a lot of units to clean in a few hours

The room were ok. They were clean and nice. But the noise in the hotel was so loud we didn't skeep. We stay only one night and left. We could not get our money back for the second night we didn't stay.

Great location / staff

Not the best choice. At least not the room that I was in. The toilet was constantly making noise and accumulating so much condensation it'd make the floor all wet. The faucet in the bathtub was always leaking although maintenance tried to fix it. The walls are extremely thin and you can hear the footsteps upstairs, in the hallways and the noise in the rooms beside you. Also beware that they will charge you an extra 30$ a night to park your car. On the bright side they did give us a few vouchers to get discount food at restaurants. The staff weren't really understanding of these issues or too accommodating, however if you're up early enough you can talk to manager who was the sweetest and will help you right away. Overall, not the best stay but not the worst.

Great, clean, small hotel to stay in near all the restaurants and the casino for concerts. Within walking distance to lots of places, including OLG Stage. Note the parking charge on top of your room charge plus $150 cc hold required at check in FYI. Microwave in the lobby only. Rooms have mini fridges. Great value.
