I came to this location and upon getting there I decided we would not be staying. I informed front desk I would not be checking in or staying and she advised to call Expedia before 9pm for a full refund. Which I made happen. I was denied a refund. I had 2 little kids with me 5&6, putting a hold and then not refunding us for somewhere we didn’t even check in to is awful practice. Shame.

Water pressure out of the shower head was very minimal. I let the front desk know but I doubt there was much they could do the 3 nights we were there. There was constant dripping near the AC unit. It may have been from the room above us. Dripping never stopped

Very Disappointing and Overpriced Stay – Serious Cleanliness and Safety Concerns Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay, especially considering how overpriced the hotel was. The condition of the property and room did not come close to justifying the price we paid. The front desk staff were rude and unwelcoming from the start, which made the experience even more unpleasant. The room itself was poorly maintained. The bedsheets were old and stained, there was mold in the bathroom and around the sink, and the towel rack and light fixtures were rusted. The floors were also uneven and felt unsafe. The air conditioner had an unpleasant smell when running, making it uncomfortable to use. Most concerning was the fact that the main doors did not properly lock. This is a serious safety and security issue, and I was extremely uncomfortable knowing that the doors could not be secured properly. For the price we paid, I expected a clean, safe, and properly maintained room. Instead, we encountered multiple cleanliness, maintenance, and safety issues, along with poor customer service. Overall, this hotel was significantly overpriced for the quality and condition provided. I would not recommend staying here and would not return unless major improvements are made.

They up grade us to the Hilton because of construction they were having and it was wonderful the view the service it was wonderful

Very basic hotel, dated but rooms have been refitted. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. It's in a good location - you can walk down to the falls.

Room dusty, my husband and I are allergic to dust Staff did not allow us to stay 1/2 hr longer as he was suffering from a cold asthma They asked us to leave at 11 am

When I stay there first of all, we couldn’t open up the curtains I suppose right there a man when you went to take a shower it took a bath too and the toilet he had to hold it down and order for the flush so we left there early. I asked him if you could have a refund and they said that I would have to go through Expedia got hold of them and they said that the hotel had to give a release to do the refund. Try to get a hold of them so apparently we ain’t getting her money back. I would never stay there again or recommend them.

Booked for 5 adults. Room was only for 4 with 3 considered. Very disappointed with this when checked in at midnight and tired.

I dont recommend this property. I cancelled my booking but refund was not issued(approved) because property manager was not reachable after multiple try by sending email.

It’s a Motel, you get what you paid for

Great place to stay! The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the air conditioning worked well, and parking was easy. Everything was comfortable and convenient. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

Very unique, and no elevator, it's really hard if you have luggage and especially older people.

We arrived to the tiny lobby and the 2 front desk staff were having a conversation. They continued to ignore us while chatting. I'm not fussy but I felt that was rude. We got to our room and discovered the view was a tattered plastic from the hotel next door. Not a big deal though, we thought it was hilarious. Toilet was very old and hotel needs an update. Wifi was very bad. Room and sheets were clean

Our room had ants, food on the floor and mold all over the ceiling and the pillows, it was truly disgusting and we felt unsafe staying there. I went to the front desk to explain this and the blond girl was really rude and so sassy. She acted like it was my fault and told me she didn’t have another room for us, that every other room was booked. I talked to maintenance and they convinced her that the room was unusable, which she seemed very annoyed by. She gave us another room but she almost threw the room keys at me and rolled her eyes. We hated our stay and won’t ever book another Days Inn again.
