Unfortunately, the streaming service on the television didn’t work when I arrived so I had to have a technician come up twice. When I checked into the hotel, they charged me $100 incidental fee for a room that was pre-paid for on Hotels.com. Then I was charging an additional $78. No one at the front desk could explain to me why this happened and now I have to wait for a credit for $178 on my account. I’m not sure I will stay at the Westin again. I may opt for a Marriott.
