It was very expensive. The room were not very clean. The bed was worn out one side. The tv's were complicated to use. The hotel allowed motorcycles to park under the portico blocking the walkway and sidewalk. To top it all off, the breakfast was from 7 to 10. We left at 7:40 am and the breakfast was still not out and only one of the coffee machines were working. Very disappointed!

Was a very clean space. Friendly service. They did run out of shampoo in the room i stayed and not enough towels for a reservetion for 4 poeple.

I spend a week every two month and I always choose this hotel, good ratio amenities/fare and good breakfast, it was under construction and looks much better now

Very dirty everywhere, air conditioning didn’t work and the breakfast sign said it went to 10am and there was seven people looking for breakfast at 935 and it was closed

The desk personnel were friendly and accommodating. There were only two towels in a room sleeping four. The area food was served needed to be air conditioned. It was a sweat shop. TV was not user friendly. The baggage cart needs to be replaced and maintained. You could here the people walking back and forth in the room above you. The East entry door needs to be replaced. Need more towels in the pool. I would consider this to be an average facility for a Holiday Inn Express.

In general the hotel was nice and the room was clean. The only complaints we had is that the 'hot' water was only luke warm for the shower and then on Saturday morning the breakfast(which started at 7) and we got down around 730 didn't have eggs or pork sausage out. They came shortly after that but it wasn't ready and then there were no cinnamon rolls which is a highlight of these breakfasts. Were told that the breakfast had been good during the week from other guests we talked to,

No towels for the pool. Room 105 was loud until I filed a complaint at 2 am.

Person at check in desk was very rude and not helpful. She did not welcome me or explain how to get to my room. She handed me my room key and didn’t say anything afterwards. My rooms sink was caving in and the stopper to it didn’t work either so water was constantly collecting after turning on the faucet.

The property was passable, I reduced my stay by one day, will I get it reimbursed is the question?

Clean, great breakfast assortment, the staff was really nice and friendly and helpful too. Differently would recommend and return here. On Saturday we walked around the park with a lake

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and was even bigger than expected. The only thing I didn’t like was that the chain latch lock on the door didn’t have anything to latch onto & the deadbolt wouldn’t stay locked. I’d definitely go back for another stay however.

When I arrived to the hotel, I didn’t feel welcomed. I think one lady was the manager and she just looked mean. I had just booked my stay there due to another hotel not having a working pool. I also had been to this hotel a previous time and had a good experience. However this second experience was not good. When I got into my room soon as I open the door there was a spill that looked half dried up (maybe coffee). And there were crumbs on the floor. That made me feel they did not clean the room at all, so I can only imagine the bathroom probably wasn’t even touched and who knows if the bedding was even fresh. When I informed the staff of the cleanliness, she wrote it down on paper and said she noted it for housekeeping. She then proceeded to tell me “but if the crumbs are bothering you that bad then I will give you a vacuum.” I paid my money for a clean room not a dirty one. Why wouldn’t it bother me???? Who wants crumbs and dirt present from the previous people??? The pool did work and my kids enjoyed themselves although the sprinkler part in the kiddie pool did not come on. When i was getting ready to lay down for the night, I got up one more time to get something, and I instantly saw a roach on the counter by the coffee maker, and when I turned the light on two baby roaches came running out. I instantly got me and my kids out of there because that is just a no for me. Oh and not to mention the hotel gave Expedia a hard time approving a full refund for me.

When I got here at 5pm, my room (king) was not ready. The clerk said that they are short housekeeping help and my room would not be ready for another 30 minutes. When I got into another room (2 Queens) there were a few bugs on the floor in the entry and bathroom.
