Just in town to take a friend to Doctor in Springfield.

Staff was very attentive to my needs.

Excellent city location, very clean room, helpful reception, all items in room functional. Beds could be more comfortable. Breakfast could use better placement-line gets crowded and tend to have you shoulder-to shoulder with other guests. Breakfast is good, but nothing different than other hotels in this pricerange.

This is a smaller older hotel but very clean. And a very good breakfast with wonderful cinnamon rolls. Will stay again!

The rooms were clean, comfortable and cool. The location was perfect for the shows we attended.

We stayed 2 days. We enjoyed everything except bed. Had back pain which did not happen at any other hotel we stayed at for our 9-night vacation.

I rely heavily on reviews but these reviews do not match our experience. I realize we did not pay a 5-star rate as we were visiting family and just needed a place to sleep but not much sleep happened. The beds were not comfy, the pillows were flat, we could hear toilets flushing from the rooms around us and apparently the back parking lot is where guests go to smoke and talk on the phone which we could overhear thru the thin walls. The bathroom was so small the door barely cleared the toilet. The room was very clean and staff was friendly but for us, the rest was not 10/10 as so many reviews reported.

Besides the well-kept condition of this motel and the excellent hot breakfast, I like the location - very close to Sight & Sound Theater, which is my main reason for coming to Branson!

This place has the greatest staff and the best breakfast around!
