Great value for the price. Plus, it’s very close to the beach. I will totally go back!

There is weird smell in the property like sewage. Utensils are old, did not used. Other than that all was okey for the price.

Great staff, Miguel was awesome. Across from the beach. Near restaurants and convenience store. The room had a fridge and stove. Kitchen and furniture need an update ASAP. Also need to enforce rules at the pool. When locals arrive there’s no more peace and quiet, they take glass bottles to the pool putting in danger everybody else. They also turn on loud speakers with no regard to other guests.

Very good for the money

Came here check in was ok. Room wasnt ready at it was 2pm. Check-in in is at 10am. Ate food at the restaurant was phenomenal. Got our room key and it was NOTHING that i seen on what i reserved in the pictures at all except the pool... i was very disappointed! Went to check out immediately and he was very rude.

Nice place

I had to park on the street next to a plie of dirt higher than my SUV. One couldn't even get a drink poolside.

The pictures on the website are misleading.

Great Location but a better metal plan could make it even a better place to stay

Awesome and pleasant customer service. My recommendation is to place a smaller refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Other than that, everything was great.

It is a basic place, nothing fancy or comfortable, the good thing is that it is pet friendly and is cloae to a very good beach.

The property itself is great, the only reason I don’t give more stars is the construction that was going on during my stay. All to improve the Hotel and not inconvenient at all. I was given a room far away from any noise. I liked it.

But for the money it was good

Due to current construction it was very hard to relax in a calm atmosphere. The mattresses were “TERRIBLE” one literally had a steel spring coming through the mattresses and poking me in the back. Very poor mattresses!!!! Most staff at the pool bar were at best rude ! This was not my first stay here however it was my worst and also my last !!!!

Property was a private oasis where you felt secluded from the other resorts. Very picturesque grounds. Staff were not overly friendly, limited food options, were accommodating after some convincing (vegetarian). Description of amenities was not accurate. Day passes were sold to outside guests which made the pool area very crowded and noisy with people and kids.

Value value Value. Around $20 a day gets you a clean room with bathroom, breakfast and nice pool. FYI mostly older residential units but our building was newer and in better condition than the other buildings. FYI no kitchen but a big fridge. Although not what we are used to, we made up our minds to go with the flow and it all worked out great. Mostly spanish spoken here but we made good friends with the staff and grew to like the place. It is not on the beach. You will need to cross the road and enter the beachfront by one of two passages between the hi rises that are beachfront, called Hemingway. Hemingway keep the beaches pristine and you get to enjoy them. I rate these beaches 10/10, for safety and cleanliness. The beaches either side have trash and seaweed that spoils them. Many nice restaurants close by and it is safe to walk home from them at night. Again, Hemingway keep this area safe. A good amount of construction taking place on the property at this time.
