Incredibly beautiful. Unbeatable views. Did have some issues with the room (TV remote didn’t work which had all of the amenities listed and the phone also didn’t work well - didn’t get the best assistance with that) but otherwise the staff are incredible and so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Big, spacious room (suite) and the oceanfront view didn’t disappoint. The breakfasts buffet choices were great. We had a comfortable stay.

Tranquil, quiet and peaceful. Excellent stay. I stayed in January so there was not a lot of people.

Our stay was very enjoyable and they offered a very good breakfast. The hotel was undergoing some renovations but it was never an issue with our stay. The location was convenient for town and also very relaxing by the beach.

Beautiful location, ocean view with pool and bar area. Room was spacious. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Only downside is the food is buffet and supper was expensive for a buffet where we didn’t eat much of anything. Lots of restaurants close by if you have a car. Air conditioner wasn’t working. I would still stay again, staff, room size and location!

Truly a wonderful holiday! The hotel was quiet and relaxed and in a beautiful location. We loved listening to the sound of the waves as we went to sleep. The hotel staff were fantastic- they were always ready to help and were so kind and welcoming. The beach was a lot of fun to play in, and the bistro next door also had really good food.

Lovely hotel, breakfast selection was good and the dining room very nice. Beautifully maintained grounds & pool area.

We enjoyed our stay.The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.. Our room was excellent and the views from our balcony were fabulous.The bathroom ought to provide shampoos and the combined shower/hair wash was slightly disappointing. There ought to be coffee and tea making facilities in the bedroom and a properly stocked mini bar. The cleaning and upkeep of the room was very good. Breakfast was good although it would be nice to have fresh coffee . Shame that only offer buffet dinner in evening as only a few decent restaurants in the area for which a car is required. The young lady Marta was also helpful with daily suggested trips and visits. Overall very enjoyable and would definitely go back. San Miguel is a beautiful island.

Loved it

Very outdated for the nightly price. Only one elevator was put in use maybe trying to save on electricity. Overpriced beverages and be prepared to pay €4.5 for a small bottle of water or Coca Cola. Also, very outdated air conditioning system. Nights were very hot in the room although the AC was running for 24 hours nonstop.

The "vintage" air conditioning (staff words, not mine) could not keep the room at a reasonable temperature during the August heat, even with the windows and doors closed and curtains pulled shut obstructing the beautiful view. They did not have enough fans to offer guests on days when the air conditioner failed. The "adult only" pool was underfilled and had algae floating all in the water. Other than that, it is a nice facility with stunning views and the main pool is very well maintained. The room was a wonderful size. The food was palatable.

We were initially given an accessible room without a decent view - we asked to be moved to a sea view room and had to pay extra for a different room type. However the room was good when we moved. Food was not good at all - all buffet service but not replenished regularly and not of good quality- this applied to both breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is in real a good 3 star beach hotel NOT 4 star. UNFORTUNATELY the price is like a luxury 5 star hotel. The staff is great ❗ but the policy of the management is to collect money without giving the value to the customers... For a junior suite we paid 534 per night and we had in the room just towels and shampoo. There is not any coffee mashine or a device to warm water, there are not slipers or bathrobe. Breakfast and dinner are OK but nothing to make you feel they appreciate you as a customer. I wouldn't be back with these money perhaps in maximum 180 euros.

included breakfast was a very good buffet with lot of different options but these options were the same very day.

The hotel is off by itself - need to drive to get anywhere. The shoreline, nature are beautiful. There is a beach a few minutes walk away as well as pools; we didn't swim since it was a little chilly in late June. Parking can get a little tight, so cars are lining every road on the property - make sure you are comfortable parking in tight spaces.
