Really good

Unfortunately, we didn't have a great experience. Staff were not very friendly or accommodating. We were told we would have a space enough for 4 people but we had a double bed and a tiny twin bed.. that fits MAXIMUM 3 people. Breakfast was great but otherwise I wasn't pleased with how our service was

It was a great stay. Staff were very friwndly and helpful. They would donanything to sarisfy you. It was only that there was no fridge in the room to use nor iron. But overall the place was clean, good breakfast and nice environment.

Problems with combining two bookings, a booking that had been made via a different booking website back in August, we arrived to the hotel to be told there was no such booking and it had been cancelled, despite me having a printed booking confirmation and the money being taken as payment. Then had to rush around finding somewhere else to stay as the hotel was “full”. Disappointing especially after being a returning customer.

A surprise as we only booked as everything in Rome was crazy expensive and it worked out for the better. Some great towns to explore nearby and a couple of great restaurants within an easy walk.

Very clean with good facilities. A better food option would be good for a quick meal. Male staff need to smile and look like they want to be there!

Spent 5 nights here. Absolutely in love with the place. Beautiful panoramic views, friendly helpful staff, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Spa and massages are amazing. Rooms and facilities modern and well looked after. And the whole hotel smells amazing! Already planning my next trip! 10/10!

The views of the cities below are beautiful, from the hotel. To walk to the centre of Frascati is only 1 km but up hill. If you are a good walker then no problem

It had everything one would want when on holiday! It was simply the best vacation ever

I loved everything about this property. The staff, the onsite amenities which include a 24hr coffee, sandwich and bar, outstanding resturant with a very complex menu prepared perfectly, Nikoli is outstanding and brings an artesian touch to his service! The onsite spa is a perfect way to unwind after a day in Roma and the hotel's walkable location to Frascati's city core and train station makes this Hotel a must stay if you want all the accessibility to Roma but the beauty and quietness of the hillside overlooking Roma. Sunsets are out of this world. We had an outstanding experience.

The hotel is modern and clean. The pool is seasonable but did open for 1 of our days and is lovely. The pool area looks out over to Rome in the distance. The rooms are spacious and lovely comfortable beds. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Freshly squeezed juice, hot scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon. Fresh fruit, pastry’s actually anything you could have wanted. Serving staff very friendly. The hotel is a little way from the restaurants etc in town, you could walk in but it would take about 20 minutes and uphill on the way. The hotel does also have a 24 hour bar and cafe attached. I would definitely stay again.

I lived one night while passing Roma and head to Florence.The room is clean and staff is nice. Parking is free

Very clean. Staff excellent. Relaxing atmosphere.

The hotel is clean and well run, nice pool and lounge facilities, good wifi, comfortable bed. I would stay here on every visit to Frascati but somehow I always end up in a room on the bottom floor with a small window facing a wall (they cannot offer anything else). The room is dark. The paper band on the toilet is unnecessary and not environmental.

The hotel offered good value for money. Everything as expected.
