The staff was very helpful and friendly, location was great overall condition was very good the only issues were room was a bit musty and unfortunately our toilet plug but I would absolutely recommend the Eden House to friends

The room picture on the website is not the room you book. It's misleading, but still a nice place.

Inside rooms offered but not stated during reservation - I would not pick one.

Beautiful place to stay. Very cozy room. Close to everything. Plenty of transportation options for those times we didn’t want to walk. Great pool. Bed/pillows were extra soft (not my thing) and the hot water took quite some time to warm up but we decided to stay an extra night anyway.

Very quiet and clean. Nice property. Feels like an Oasis in a busy city. Bus stop right across the street for the free bus. Also walkable to Dural Street.

Very nice staff and stay. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Some of the rooms were small but we had a larger one that was nice

Nice place enjoyed our stay

Our family of four (two adults, two teens) absolutely loved our stay at Eden House. The room was clean and the staff was very attentive. The location was perfect, too. Each morning we'd go to the nearby bakery and get breakfast, which we brought back to eat by the Eden House pool. Later in the day we'd go swimming and even enjoy a drink. The porch area by our room was lovely, too. We also rented bikes from Eden and toured the island, which was lots of fun. We had a wonderful time at Key West, and Eden House had a lot to do with that. We would highly recommend this place.

A lovely, well maintained hotel, in a superb location. The hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Everything was great...only surprise was that staff was very fluent in English but I didn't experience any real problems.

We got a super small room ( like a closet ). For disappointed re value for $$

Everything is on your doorstep: historic town centre with museums, little beach and famous embarkment. Parking may be a problem.

My first time staying here and it was lovely! Perfect location for walking to restaurants and shopping and the grounds were beautiful as was the pool area

We were greeted by a disengaged and snide desk clerk. She put us in the worst room with barely a window and when I remarked that it was dark she turned on another light and basically shrugged off my concern. It was way overpriced for what it was. Not good value.
