Very welcoming , we only stopped for night but the room extremely, clean and spacious , pretty simple but everything we needed ,check in was effecient and pleasant , loved the rooftop pool as though October was 26+ and great for a dip and relax after walking round town. Underground parking was easy to use and decent value at 8€ a night. Great spot amongst the bodegas so quiet at night but only 5 mins walk into the old town action which was pretty buzzy on a friday night. Good value overall

The hotel is ok. You feel people try their best for you to enjoy the place. Overall it is quite clean and comfortable. However, there were no enough electric outlets. I merely wasn’t able to charge my phone. And laptop. It was a bit strange. Had to unplug the hotel’s landline. Also the mattress was very cheap. Not quite confortable. But again, overall it is a nice hotel. I couldn’t fond anything similar around there… for this price.

The staff that work there are friendly. The room was very deteriorated, the lamps close too the bed were broken, we have to asked to be removed because one was practically on our head. Furniture need to be updated. Breakfast was okay.

The room was clean. The tub was the perfect size and I like how they have a pool on the rooftop.

This hotel didn’t meet my expectations and was disappointed with the room, carpet was old, the bed was minimally comfortable, was unable to use the luggage cart as it wouldn’t fit in the elevator! Substandard.... didn’t chance eating there! Locale was absolutely horrible, was unable to actually find it initially! Not ever again would I book there! Btw I’m not knowing what hotels photos was used because that photo is a total fabrication!

Nice hotel with rooftop pool. Room modern and clean, although I found the mattress too hard and struggled to sleep. Buffet dinner was awful with most items cold, salad starter was ok. Do yourself a favour and eat dinner out at Santa Maria lovely restaurants. Having said that, breakfast was good. Overall ok for one night, wouldn’t want to stay longer

All was great. Walking distance to downtown restaurants. All very clean. Rooftop pool was nice but a bit crowded. Room could have been bigger but I had a private patio with river view twice as big as room. Staff very friendly and efficient.

Having stayed in the sister hotel in Jeez I thought I would give it a go just in case. In summary the hotel is out-dated, needs a lot of money spent on a refurbishment, open the bar and restaurant (both closed even though there are lots of menus pushing them), reception staff need to be retrained on customer service, avoid rooms on the top floor as the pool pump is on until 21:30. I normally stay at a small pension up the road which I will be going back to. This hotel has the potential of being amazing with some work.

Quiet neighborhood and hotel staff was helpful. Safe and clean area in PTO Santa Maria. I would recommend to everyone. It does have room for improvement by updating their television sets.

Hotel is a bit tired but the bedrooms are very clean and the rooftop pool had a cool breeze. Parked in public car park for €3 per day. Ferry to city costs €2.60. Runs til 10pm and takes 30mins. 5 minutes walk to local restaurants. I would recommend this hotel if you need parking. The city has tight streets.

The hotel has a very convenient location - across the road from the ferry to Cadiz and on the same street as the Osborne sherry bodega. On checking in we were given a choice of a room with either a river view or a courtyard view. The room was a good size and clean. The ferry trip to Cadiz was cheap and took about 35 minutes. We parked the car in the hotel car park which is under the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at this great hotel again.

Very poor room design and no comfort. My husband and I booked 10 hotels for this vacation in Spain and that one was the worst. Fortunately we spent only one night there. Total disappointed by the room especially when you enter the hotel and see its well designed hall and then you enter a grayish painted, poorly designed room, you would feel nothing but sadness. Plus not polite clerks at check-in. Good restaurants in town though. Good location.

We selected the hotel largely because of its proximity to the ferry crossing to Cadiz. Our room overlooked the river and was fine. Staff are very helpful and the rooftop pool is a real bonus. Breakfast is ok and we managed to find something each morning to start the day off. We really enjoy spanish food and there is an excellent choice of bars in the area. There is a bar on the front next to the hotel which offers good tapas at very reasonable prices. We managed to park our car each day on the road and thus avoided the hotel parking charges. The area is a port and accordingly does not offer any real sight seeing opportunities. The town beach is fine, although a 15 minute walk from the hotel. Cadiz is a great place and the ferry crossing across is quick and reasonably priced. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.
