Hotels Wi-Fi signal did not reach my room. After hours on the phone with tech support, they said they could reset the Wi-Fi. After resetting, still nothing. Tried on multiple devices and still the same result. I asked for the convenience fee to be waived, since "High Speed Internet" came with it. They said they needed to send someone to confirm it doesn't work. They never came to my room to check. I had to checkout a day early due to a death in the family, so on checkout they waived the fee and parking, but this was after so much wasted time. The internet worked in the lobby (it was the same connection). My room also was not stocked, as when I went to take a shower, the body wash was empty. No one came to clean my room either. Overall, great, clean, and conveniently located, but service was not adequate.

We asked for a quiet room when we checked in and we were very happy with our 7th floor room overlooking the parking garage. It was quiet. I understand the other side of the hotel can have a bit of noise from the restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable and the staff very accommodating. The prices for food and drinks are the hotel bar/restaurant were high...but in line with other hotel food/beverage costs currently.

I like the rooms

Very comfortable stay in Glendale while catching some baseball games at nearby Camelback Ranch. Room was large and well maintained.

The amenities were great!

Amazing stay. Beautiful room and property. Love the central bar and Rey made my visits there extra fun! Definitely will be back!

Our suite was beautiful and I loved having the convenience of room service!

The staff makes everything so difficult for guests now. It’s not the way it was before. They have a lot more rules now that inconvenience guests such as no cash or everyone keeps asking for a review. The breakfast menu only has like 5 items if that. They did not honor the room I had reserved through Expedia and instead they gave me a handicapped room that was not a suite. Very disappointing to see this place change for the worst.

A very fine hotel!

We stay at this place just about every year for the supercross race. This year it seemed you we're very understaffed. It's impressive all the stuff you have going on but, we pay like $500 a night while we were there. And when we're spending that much money we would expect a lot better service. We sat at the lobby bar for drinks and some food. We were ignored by the 3 bartenders for 20 minuets. I finally got up and left. It took an hour to get a table and get service for Breakfast.

This is our new preferred hotel in Glendale.
