The Staff are very helpful & friendly.
The hotel restauraunt & Bar area are very nice. Breakfast is good with great service from the staff. Hotel is in a great spot on the high street close to everything you may want to visit, Shops Restauraunts & Bars. Beach is only a few minutes walk. I stayed with my Wife for 3 nights in a V - Residence room.
Rooms are quite big with 2 single beds pushed together, the mattresses were very springy so not very comfortable also noisy when you moved around or turned over. There was a small area to hang your clothes but we could only fit 3 items each on the hanger area. The ironing board was uneven when you tried to use it and the iron leaked all the time when used. There is a free safe a kettle with the usual tea & coffee etc. The Espresso coffee machine leaked both times i tried to use it, so gave up trying. The carpet outside the bathroom door seemed slippy if you walked on it with bare feet, my wife slipped on it coming out of the bathtoom.The Bathroom had lots of toiletries however the toilet seat was loose and the shower tub was very difficult to get in and out of safely, it was so unsafe my wife went home after the first night, i was am 6ft and i struggled it is very deep, awful idea. A normal shower tray would be much safer. I was going to ask to be moved but as i was checking in, another guest checking in was asking if he could have a different room but was told they are very busy and had no rooms available. So never asked to move
