We have a lovely stay at the Radisson - our 3rd - and it's always great. It's pricey and it can get super busy (esp during school holidays) but the rooms are nice, nice pool area. Just nice and easy for our family and after a trip around the island to Suva and Labasa it was nice to have a resort to come to :-)

Excellent pool and restaurants. Staff super friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and property kept tidy and clean at all times.

Nice stay for family. Staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. By the middle of our stay we're on first name basis and helpful especially with our children. Activities were fun and staff really did a good job.

The rooms are lovely and spacious, and we especially appreciated the in room washing machine and dryer. Staff were lovely, especially the amazing breakfast chef Seema who prepared a special meal each day for my young daughter who has a serve food allergy. Raijeli and Chef Joe were also very helpful. The grounds were lovely, although there is a bit of maintenance/construction going on at the moment. The pools are fantastic and we spent most of our time enjoying these - they are especially great for young kids. The pool area can be noisy though with music/kids so it you want a quiet room ask for one not facing the pools.

The food at Thai Restaurant was not so good

Fantastic family friendly accommodation - great food, amazing pool and friendly helpful staff. We enjoyed the activities, kept the whole family occupied!

The rooms was not clean to the standard. No pool towel available and also the regular bathing towels were not available. We paid so much for the accommodations but didn’t get to enjoy it to our expectations.

Great location near the beach. Good bars, restaurants and shops on the property. Staff super friendly and helpful

Stayed 13 days. Very pleasant. Fifth time we’ve stayed here. Rooms comfortable well serviced. Nice restaurants on site.

Room, super clean and adequate towels F&B Team

The staff are the friendliest and most lovely polite people you will experience anywhere in the world. The property is being upgraded but is still in excellent condition and the work is being done quickly and quietly. The pool and restaurants are excellent.

This is a great place to take kids, they have plenty of activities for kids, and the staff are so good with kids. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. When we were at the reception for check-in, the staff answered her phone in the middle of the process and were not very helpful. However, another staff member took over, and she was so helpful.

Ok all round. Nice pools. Pretty good service but expensive for what it was. Bit big and impersonal for me. Think Cruise ship on land. I think I would stay outside Denarau if I went to Fiji again. Maybe Coral coast.. They were busy and missed turning over our room couple of days. Also breakfast was a bit average for the price and we got overcharged 1 morning. Maybe a mistake, I did tell them at check out but never got refunded and couldn't be bothered to chase them up.

Your guest host, Inia, he made me feel extremely comfortable at your resort. Kind demeanour and a welcoming smile. I hope to see him every time I visit!!

It was a nice stay, however wasn’t very satisfied with the dinning. Flies everywhere! But some lovely staff.

There was construction happening while we were there with the main spa closed which was a shame, but otherwise a really nice resort. A lot of children at this resort. Live music playing at the ocean bar is very repetitive and quite corny. But the kids liked it. Not a fan of communal toiletries in hotels/resorts - it can be grubby and unhygienic - it's very commercial feeling, but it seems many are going this way. I think it feels much more classy with individual toiletries, and there are lots of eco friendly options out there. They also did not have soap bars available. The pool is great - quite a lot of people leave their rubbish/cups around though, which aren't really collected until the end of the day, so get's a bit messy. Beds and pillows are comfortable - the best we have had. A longish walk to the port area compared to other resorts.

Everything's was amazing. Kids loved it.
