Stayed 13 days. Very pleasant. Fifth time we’ve stayed here. Rooms comfortable well serviced. Nice restaurants on site.

Room, super clean and adequate towels F&B Team

The staff are the friendliest and most lovely polite people you will experience anywhere in the world. The property is being upgraded but is still in excellent condition and the work is being done quickly and quietly. The pool and restaurants are excellent.

This is a great place to take kids, they have plenty of activities for kids, and the staff are so good with kids. Most of the staff are super friendly and helpful. When we were at the reception for check-in, the staff answered her phone in the middle of the process and were not very helpful. However, another staff member took over, and she was so helpful.

Ok all round. Nice pools. Pretty good service but expensive for what it was. Bit big and impersonal for me. Think Cruise ship on land. I think I would stay outside Denarau if I went to Fiji again. Maybe Coral coast.. They were busy and missed turning over our room couple of days. Also breakfast was a bit average for the price and we got overcharged 1 morning. Maybe a mistake, I did tell them at check out but never got refunded and couldn't be bothered to chase them up.

Your guest host, Inia, he made me feel extremely comfortable at your resort. Kind demeanour and a welcoming smile. I hope to see him every time I visit!!

It was a nice stay, however wasn’t very satisfied with the dinning. Flies everywhere! But some lovely staff.

There was construction happening while we were there with the main spa closed which was a shame, but otherwise a really nice resort. A lot of children at this resort. Live music playing at the ocean bar is very repetitive and quite corny. But the kids liked it. Not a fan of communal toiletries in hotels/resorts - it can be grubby and unhygienic - it's very commercial feeling, but it seems many are going this way. I think it feels much more classy with individual toiletries, and there are lots of eco friendly options out there. They also did not have soap bars available. The pool is great - quite a lot of people leave their rubbish/cups around though, which aren't really collected until the end of the day, so get's a bit messy. Beds and pillows are comfortable - the best we have had. A longish walk to the port area compared to other resorts.

Absolutely love this place. The staff are fantastic

I would say 4.5 stars. This resort is very nice, and in particular is a great place for families with children. We had a room with partial ocean view, also overlooking the pool and grounds. The grounds of this hotel are extremely nice and in particular, far nicer than those of its immediate neighbors (a Wyndham and a Sheraton). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and there were a lot of activities to take advantage of, if you wanted to. Our only caveat was that, compared to other, comparable resorts where we have stayed (in, for example, North America and Europe), the food was average at best. (We don't know how it compares to other properties in Fiji.)

Amazing

The resort is nice. The breakfast needs a lot of attention. One of the days, it took 10 minutes to get attended to and given a table. There was only 3 staff working in the kitchen and a 15 minute wait on eggs. 3 coffee machines, and most mornings there would be 1 machine that wasn't working because the milk had run out. I spoke to management about these issues and also mentioned that there were a lot of quests, complaining about the same things.

They have areas just for adults . That is great . How ever , I didn’t enjoy that the breakfast buffet was too cloudy event though there is an adult area .

Amazing hotel. Beautiful. All staff super friendly! Bula! was definitely daily greeting. even as they were under construction it was an amazing experience.

Large bathroom. Many bars. Excellent landscaping. Large pool. Local bus to take us to harbor. Not so great was gravel and rough stone access to adult pool. Some pool deck surfaces got too hot to walk barefoot. Long lines to enter breakfast area. Breakfast opens at 6:30, after we had to leave for the airport for 9:30am flight.

really had a good time staying at this property. Shout out to the duty manager Sheena Lee. She really took care of us and also upgraded us for being a little late on our check in. very good customer service and great property. Friendly Staff. Shout out to the braiding ladies. They were so nice and welcoming. Such good customer service. Will be back again.
