Parking was secure and east. Accommodstion was very spacious

The room was spacious and well equipped. No problem there. The balcony was the biggest I’ve ever seen. However, the smoke alarm was faulty and was beeping every 47 seconds all through the first night and all the next day. An electrician came at 5:45 pm the next day and replaced it immediately. It was really annoying and frustrating to put up with that. Also, the tv had two different remotes and it took forever to figure out how to use them to watch the tv. In a holiday rental apartment, it should be simple to turn on the tv, again it was frustrating and annoying to try to work all that out. We did inform the manager and she did try to help. It just put a damper on our holiday though. Not sure if we’d return.

My sister and I loved staying at the apartment - very clean and comfortable - bonus being so close to Sunshine Plaza. Just a short stay this time … but we will be back longer next time.

What a great place to stay. We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so spacious! Huge balcony and plenty of space in the entire unit. Easy parking. So close to shops in case you wanted something. Walking distance to the beach and protected area for the little ones leading into the creek.Will be back.

Me and my family (6 in total) stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was spacious, modern and clean. We had the view of both the river and the pool area. We have never been in this part of Queensland but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Really great place with lots of great features and really good management. Katrina was a pleasure to deal with, and even though we encountered some issues with the room and parking they were handled quickly and definitely to my satisfaction. Really can’t commend the level of current customer service enough. I will be making several trips up to the Sunshine Coast for work over the next three months and M1 will be a place I look at every time I return. The location is fabulous as it is walking distance to Cottontree and a lovely beach area. The food available in the surrounding area is fantastic as well and easy to walk to. And there is a woollies right there in the shopping centre next to the building for easy convenience. Very nice place to stay and very spacious.

Very good spot, nice apartment, great views, lovely staff, easy access. Carpet in master was not vacuumed, Bed was very low and pillows were very flattish. Other than that, it was good. would stay again.

Booked for one night arrived at 5.45 pm reception closed all locked up, contacted the after hours number sorry nothing we can do as your 15 mins late, our suggestion is go and book another place, absolute, absolutely genius idea from the after hours lady

The accomodation was very clean and satisfactory however the furniture was very basic. Also had a Nespresso machine and did not even leave 2 pods to have morning coffee
