Excellent staff!

Fantastic staff

It’s not near the Centro but good price. Easy to communicate with staff and free breakfast.

Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great.

the location is well away from centro, but a cab ride of about 25 reals puts you downtown. the somewhat out of the way location makes it a safer place to stay.

Out of the way location, but quite adequate if you are going to out on tours or business most of the day.

The hotel is clean with good breakfast, but courtains are not all blackout , in the early morning light leaks by side extremes , the street in front is a dirty place with trucks stopped and ladyboys walking doing prostitution

Small rooms, but clean. Rooms on top floor hot during the day. Nice small pool. Slightly overpriced for size but good. Pretty close to airport, in quiet neighborhood.

We were very late in arriving but front desk staff person was there to help us. There seemed to be confusion over payment already made to Expedia but when we checked out it appeared to be straightened out. Room was warm initially but cooled down nicely. Breakfast was outstanding with many choices.

Room was stifling hot on entering it and it took hours to cool down. Ruined a night's sleep. If I could get my money back I would. Just like staying in a hostel!!!

Gostei de tudo. Só seria interessante ter lençol de tamanho para casal disponível nos quartos. De resto é ótimo

O quarto é espaçoso, silencioso e confortável. O banheiro espaçoso e o chuveiro excelente.

Não limparam o quarto todos os dias e nem retiraram pratos, sujos etc

Muito bom. A localização também é boa para quem quer sossego e descanso. A piscina é maravilhosa.

Hotel maravilhoso...mas numa regiao mto feia e pouco turistica.
