Super friendly and helpful staff made the quick overnight stay very comfortable and pleasent!

Staff are always happy to help where needed, had a variety of food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The location is quite ideal as it has surrounding beaches, lots of other bars and restaurants and things to do in the area. Lovely place to be.

Fantastic from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Food was fresh with lots of variety. The hotel was cleaned to a high standard. No complaints, will definitely return

Nice little relaxing break. Clean rooms with daily maid service. Always something to eat. Good range of all inclusive drinks. Friendly staff. The only negative was that the plates and cups were noted to be a little dirty on the odd occasion.

We have been visiting the ilusion for several years and will continue to return due to the warmth and service received from the excellent staff. The food and drinks are perfectly acceptable for all inclusive and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The property was clean and food was labeled well and very good for those with allergies and dietary restrictions. They however put us in a handicapped room and our room had no stall for the shower so water was everywhere. Our balcony door did not have a handle to open from the outside so I almost got stuck outside, if it were not for my friend being in the room at the time. The hotel is also limited with no shop for supplies like sunscreen. The receptionist recommended us the pharmacy two doors down which sold it for minimum 20 euros while after exploring I found venders a 5 min walk away which sold it for 4 euros. The pool is smaller than what pictures show online but it is very clean. The spa was nice but the hot tub was only luke warm. After telling the receptionist they tried fixing it but it still was not hot

This property did not look like the photos, I am glad we only stayed 1 night as a stop over from the airport. The area was not the nicest looking. Our room was large, but very bare, and the bathroom was a bit dirty. Check out was easy.

We stayed overnight as planned as flught arrived late in day. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was very hood with lots of choice. The bathrooms could have been cleaned better.

Room 313 had a constant smell of cooking. It was warm so balcony door open. Noisy early mornings, refuse trucks most days. Food hit and miss. Lunch was better than dinner. Sausages and bacon revolting. Jacuzzi was luke warm. Indoor pool was lovely. Didn't use outdoor ,too cold. Didn't appear to have snacks in between meals. Maybe only high season.

Clean & spacious hotel. Near to airport. Pleasant, friendly and funny staff. Good entertainment team. Great acts from outside ( Tony? - Mentalist, and Fausto - singer). Compliments to the chefs and kitchen staff for making delicious meals every day, plenty of variety and choice. Looking forward to visiting again.

I asked for a quiet room and I got one, easy check in, lovely modern room

Just returned after a five days break. Staff were all so friendly lovely hotel central to everything. Food lots of choice would recommend

All good to relax

The quality of the hotel aligns with the price but I had multiple cockroaches in the room each night. We were not leaving the balcony door open so they were coming from within the hotel. The air conditioning is poor, despite having it as cold as possible with the fan as high as possible the room was so hot we couldn’t sleep. Lying sweating, with no covers while unsure if there were cockroaches you had failed to kill was wholly unpleasant.
