The property is in an amazing location, staff is friendly. However, that’s pretty much it. The rooms are dusty, the throw pillows on the beds are stained, the white shower curtains are discolored pinkish. The rooms need to be revamped asap. Elderly people were the main guests, I saw no one my age except for front desk staff.

Fantastic location, walking distance to lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Beach is right in front of the hotel and is packed but clean. Check in and check out were super fast and easy. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms are dated, but clean. The food was mediocre at best, I would recommend eating breakfast on the resort and having dinner off resort.

I stayed with my family at Hotel Top Caleta Palace again and is amazing with breathtaking views from rooms, pool area, Caffe. All staff are very friendly and is a very good choice for families. The food is excellent with good variety. Location is perfect with lovely cala beach in front off Hotel. My kids loved to swim and see the beautiful fishes. The Hotel is close to main street with plenty of nice shops and restaurants. From early morning there is always staff cleaning all the facilities, pool, toilets.

Nice hotel, with own entrance to the beach. Waring at the hotel was good, good variety of food. Fresh. Downsiides: very crowdy in restaurant and peoe lay down towels at sunbeds and show up house later. Hotel didn’t do anything about it. When tou’re too late, no sunned. Parking was expensive.

I loved the hotel! Beautiful beaches, great location and room and amenities very clean! Friendly staff! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! I’ll be back soon…

Dirty, uncorfortable, no phone not even to call the front desk, etc etc

We are on a hotel hiking vacation on the Costa Brava. This leg was from Sant Feliu de Guixol and was 8 km. This hotel was a great destination after 4 hours on the Cami de Ronda(with a 1/2 time break at a beach view bar in S’Agaro). The hotel is aging but very carefully maintained. The pool bar was all we needed to a reasonably priced dinner or beer and ribs. So good and so filling. The service here is fabulous: I mentioned on checkin that it was the day after my wife’s 65th birthday and the hotel brought a mini fridge and drinks to us gratis.

Basic for a 4 star hotel. Relatively tired great for kids.

Was pleased with our stay. Would definitely go back. Family friendly without being a complete family destination.

Spacious hotel with a great pool and on a beautiful beach. We had a room on the fourth floor and had the prettiest views. It’s next to a main road full of restaurants and shopping. Overall a great location.

Overall a great stay. I was asked a check in to email the the proof of payment from Expedia as they couldn’t tell if paid. Not the standard I expect really. Workmen carrying out tile repairs through the day around the pool. Pool bar wasn’t open yet so had to go to the inside bar. Bar staff very nice and same with the restaurant staff. Lovely place and good location. Road works in town but as we didn’t use the car much it didn’t really matter.

The hotel staff were excellent. The pool was great and the prices at the pool side bar very reasonable. The view from the pool and the sea view room is also very nice. The condition of the rooms was not good. tiles from the floor were breaking and it wasn’t very clean. On that basis it’s a little over priced. At a more affordable rate it would be a good hotel and the location is good too.

The staff was rude , not friendly . The room awful , the cleanliness not as good as should be . It a ONE STAR hotel . You should check this hotel , it is not near to two stars. I left my shirts and called and they refuse to help me , it is a pain !!!

Horrible bedroom and very noisy

Good Helpful staff at reception, bar and dinning Kids club and Mini disco good with Monica Bad Cocktails needed extra money for all inclusive - AI drinks very very very basic Very poor vegetarian food and everything was very very repetitive had to go out and buy food one of the days even though we were AI (all inclusive) Flies all over and on the food in the snacks bar The menu was set hence nothing could be done for vegetarian guests The dinning area drinks machine was not working and even after reporting it - it didnt give the same output as the bar machine. The hotel itself is a bit outdated and needs upgrading however room comfort wasn't compromised. Nothing to do with hotel but the beach isnt sandy.
