Very friendly staff, clean, comfortable, great breakfast included…at a great price. Would absolutely stay again!

Our TV did not work properly. The air conditioner was noisy. The electrical outlet on our bathroom vanity did not work. Breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

Great location and delicious breakfast!

We've stayed here many times; staff, pool, breakfast, location is always excellent. We stayed in a family suite this time and the mattresses were really hard, I kept waking up with aching hips. Our air conditioning was also not working and our room got up to 76 degrees. I was hoping someone could look at it but it was later in the evening and I was told they didnt have a room they could move us to. Usually a wonderful place, I do still recommend but it missed the mark this time.

Nice hotel, breakfast options are limited.

The front desk person was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. Overall, this is an exceptional facility and I look forward to staying here again.

Some of the staff were very welcoming (positive greetings, alert to happenings on property, etc) while others never said anything or even looked up to see who was walking through the door. The chemical level in the hot tub was very high (strong odor and burning eyes for many). They have strict quiet hours at 10pm which is appreciated to avoid the late night rowdiness that can happen but they do not even permit things like sitting and playing cards quietly in the breakfast area, etc. Overall great stay, convenient location

Everything was amazing, especially the great continental breakfast and the customer service. Special shout out to Drew and Donovan when we checked it—what a great experience to have them greet us and take care of us in such a professional and friendly manner. If we’re ever back in Wausau we’d stay here again!

Easy access to hospital

Generally nice and very clean. Breakfast was better than most. Hot tub was nice, pool clean but cold. Bed was seriously too hard for me, but that’s personal preference.

It was decorated very nicely for Christmas, breakfast was very good, room was clean and comfortable. Friendly, efficient desk staff.

Hard beds

The manager on duty (Drew) and GM (Mary) were very irresponsible. Concerns, phone calls, and emails were not addressed. The manager on duty even argued and told me to go back to my room and be quiet. I would not recommend this specific establishment to anyone, especially if you are a person of color.

Very nice hotel. Phil was just great checking us in and making sure we had everything needed. The breakfast Buffett was amazingly good. I have never had such a wonderful breakfast at a hotel. Way over and above our expectations.
