The hotel is great however I booked the two rooms for the pool so my grandkids could swim. When we arrived we were informed it was closed. Had this been addressed before I would’ve picked another hotel. Aggravating when you tell them they will get to swim and you pack all the things and you can’t! They did offer to swim at lifetime fitness down the road but kids can only swim until 8pm there. Disappointing. Do better.

The pool was closed and we were not informed. I booked this hotel because of the pool. Got my kids in swimsuits & headed to the pool only for another family to tell us it was closed. I asked if I could have a refund for the next night or be moved to another Hampton Inn and was told no. We were told we could go to Lifetime fitness & use their pool, but that wasn’t very convenient for us. There was only 1 elevator working, also. The carpet in the room seemed dirty. We’ve stayed at this hotel several times while visiting family & it has always been a nice stay. This stay was very different. The breakfast was very good.

I stayed Sunday night - Friday morning. There were no housekeeping visits to the room in that time. Breakfast was out of a lot of items each morning.

Had to stay overnight in Tulsa, unexpectedly. It was nice to get a room on short notice at a fair price. They were able to provide some necessities that we needed like toothbrushes and toothpaste, but lacked others, like deoderant samples, Q-tips and a loaner hair straightener. I get that, but it sure would have come in handy. I really did like the toothbrushes. Staff was mostly nice and breakfast was OK. Would stay here again if we needed to. Coming to town again at the end of the month, but not sure if we will bring our dogs and will have to find a place that is very dog-friendly if we do. Don't know if this one is yet.

The front desk staff was friendly. The hotel is in need of remodeling. The lobby is nice but rest of the hotel is old. The elevator and hallways smell musty and like sewage. The room was surface cleaned and doubt it has been vacuumed in a while. The bedding was minimal. A sheet and two light blankets are not enough in the winter time. The bathroom was disgusting. Mold growing in and around the shower. Wallpaper peeling off the walls with visible water leaking from the dirty and corroded shower head. The shower was leaking onto the floor. We won’t stay there again.

There was an odor throughout that was almost unbearable. There was also no hot water in the shower! We have come to expect more from Hampton. I'm sad to say that this was not a very enjoyable stay. **THE ONE EXCEPTION was Greg! He was so personable and gave us restaurant advice/coupons and where to go take our grandkids to the pool since yours was not operational. He gave us a great rate and we enjoyed visiting with him about his OH roots!**

The staff was friendly. The room was ok. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is showing a lot of wear and tear as was the carpet in the hall. The pool and one elevator weren't working. The biggest issue is the hallway smelled moldy and my husband's allergies flared up. The hotel was ok but honestly not up to Hampton standards.

Overall the stay was ok. The rooms are very outdated, with a loud AC system. Our restroom was not very clean and had to kill a cockroach in the shower. The towels looked very worn out as well. Expected an updated and clean room.
