Room smelt musty and was very outdated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Tiny rooms, £12 to park overnight! Rock hard beds, paper thin pillows. TV in the room did not work. Shower/bathroom tiny, difficult to raise arms to wash arm pits for example. Bits of leaves and fluff on the room floor. Good water pressure.

Room was small bathroom was tiny extractor fan didnt work in bathroom. Budget hotel bed was to hard didnt sleep well breakfast was poor

Awful treatment from staff was charged twice in my room and they gave the wrong room, door did not lock from the inside very unsafe area

Location to AO Arena was good,the wall are thin. Breakfast is good,staff are very friendly.

Comfortable

Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, comfortable bedding and the location is decent. The location is perfect for central Manchester.

Everything was fine and the room was great. You get what you paid for. However, the receptionist didn’t explain to us that we needed to pay for parking when we checked in which was a little misleading. But you are supposed to pay at check in and not when we checkout.

Small bathroom and the room is too cold

Very basic room, reasonable breakfast, some interesting guests in the reception area.

Over all is fine.

Brilliant, hassle free

The bathroom made a continuous buzzing noise as well as the flush seemed to always be engaged making it difficult to sleep

the hotel was noisy, hoovers going at 11pm, broken sleep due to parties of people and the football

Nice and clean place.

I’ve stayed here before, it’s ok if you want a relatively cheap but decent overnight stay close to the AO arena. However the room was freezing and when shown how to put the heater on the heater was way too small to heat the room up even a whole night on full blast only managed to take the edge off. Fortunately there was an extra bed cover I could use so I could actually sleep. The hotel now boasts EV charging and the points are there but the parking in front of it isn’t designated for charging, which meant were three cars parked in front of the charge points the whole time I was there non of which were electric so I charged up in Stockport instead.

Great location for AO Arena

Place was mouldy walls and carpets dust and spider webs everywhere hasnt been cleaned in months avoid
