We didn't know what to expect, but it was a hotel where everything worked and everything was convenient. The fact that it's so close to the train station (about 5-7 min. walk) was also very handy. If I am in Stuttgart again, I would definitely consider this hotel.

Nice and efficient hotel between LBBW and Central Train Station. Very good breakfast buffet. Bar would still be better if important soccer games like the Champions League semifinal were shown.

Excellent location - just minutes walk from Stuttgart’s main train station. The room was clean, pleasant, quiet and well designed. Breakfast was very good and wait staff was attentive. We had to wait at front desk for about 5 minutes when we were checking out/storing our luggage - finally an associate came to help us. Great value.

Has been my hotel when I visit Stuttgart for 15 years. Still the best option in my view. That might change as cost cutting measures do not allow you to dine after 9:00 PM or watch the semi final of the Champions League.

On the whole pretty good, but let down by a couple points. Firstly, I was very disappointed that the restaurant closed earlier than the time stated on the welcome letter, and also that they don’t offer Room Service. Still Uber-Eats came up trumps., with both myself and another group ordering from the same pizzeria at the same time (which added some amusement when both deliveries were made by the same driver, and I nearly lost my dinner to another hungry diner). I also had to fix the shower bracket in the room myself which should have been picked up by housekeeping/maintenance. Still I was staying for work so had screwdrivers in my luggage. Location is convenient for Stuttgart train station (10 minutes walk). Sauna facilities are good. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable. Interesting building, in that it seems to be a modern building inside the shell of an old one.

Neither conditioner nor body lotion.

The beds were terrible. Extremely soft and sagged. Left me with a sore back. Breakfast items that should have been hot were not

Hotel was close to transport, shopping and dining. Staff were very helpful. Only one thing we didn’t like was the design of bathroom as it had no doors. A net curtain was used to to divide the sleeping area and bedroom, it just felt uncomfortable as I was travelling with my teenager. Toilet was separated like in a cubical.

It was all lovely and right up the street from the train station.However the steep staircase to the front entrance was very difficult for this sixty nine year old lady. Fortunately someone from the bar came running out to help me.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating! Also near the train station as well!

Such a beautiful hotel and the room was stunning. The bed was so really comfortable and I slept really well. The room was also very quiet so I could get a great sleep.

Due to the never-ending construction of the train station, the commute of the hotel becomes a bit difficult. The room is overall good, clean, no smell, facilities are a bit aged but functionality good. Hotel staff are nice but not very responsive. I requested and left a note at the concierge for changing pillow, no response till the end of the stay.

The hotel works well for business stays as close to city. Room was basic for a junior suite, with shower toiletries being empty when we arrived. Room cleaning was a bit hit and miss, as some days cups not cleaned and some days they were. Overall an ok hotel and stay, with a Location that worked for us.

Lovely place and handy to everything necessary. Easy stroll to railway and subway stations. Large shopping centre very close. Restaurants and bars walking distance. Would definitely recommend and personally stay again. Staff so friendly and welcoming.
