Beautiful property and surrounding area. A hidden gem.

Stayed here for a few days while visting Lake Havasu. Hotel was clean and modern, rooms are very accommodating with fridge, microwave and views were great of london bridge. Walkable to all shops, night life and the lake. Would deffinantly stay there again.

Room was amazing! Great view and good friendly service! I think his name was Mike! Great guy!

Love being on the water

We had a nice stay at Heat hotel. The location can’t be beat with an exceptional view of the bridge. My only suggestion is that the facility needs some repairs and updating.

Across the water is a dance club and if you need quiet then this would not be the place for you. Beautiful views, wonderful paths to walk down the canal and easy dining.

Excellent location with a fantastic view from our balcony of the London Bridge. Very modern decor and the bed was amazing! The bathroom looked newly remodeled and there was a great shower and lots of room.

The price was right and the location was perfect. The view was great. I really was surprised how much I liked this place.

Easy check in. Staff is very friendly. Rooms have great views. Bar in the lobby. Good places to eat near by. Couch could be replaced in room. Overall a good stay

Right in the heart of the London Bridge zone Easy walking to restaurant and to the shuttle to the casino. Price was very good too

Location is best in all of Havasu. Property is getting a little tired but people are very nice

Our rooms were modern and beautiful what makes this property the best is the view of the London Bridge we had a little bit of an issue checking in but it was handled very well this will be a property that I will revisit again in the future

This property was better than we anticipated. It was our first time visiting Lake Havasu City, but we plan to go back and will not stay at any other hotel!
