It was good; the view was nice. Little things tho like no towels, trash not being taken out, toilet not working :/

The heat hotel is great, the views of the canal and easy access to good restaurants and ski doo or boat rentals is perfect. Very comfortable rooms and nice hotel overall. Would definitely come back again!

Heat Hotel was our second choice for the trip. We will make it number 1 from now on. It was modern, well appointed and sooo relaxing! Perfect location on the canal next to London Bridge too

The room, bed, and view was very nice. The hotel was what was advertised and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just a few things I noticed, the hotel has an “old” feel, look to it due to the paint and stained carpets. I think it would do great with updated carpets and fresh paint. The screen and sliding glass doors were broken and hard to open or close. Overall the stay was great. Great location and beautiful weather.

Beautiful location and view. Bed was broken in one of the rooms and the bathroom is dirty and in need of maintenance.

The most amazing place had a wonderful experience. In the near future will come again.

Spacious room with great view of the channel. Very conveniently located for boat access and walking to eat. Friendly staff.

Enjoyed our stay close to food, shopping and activities. Great views of Lake Havasu. Night club noise across the lake but ear plugs helped a lot!

Great location! The staff is very courteous and friendly. The room was a nice size but poorly designed. Someone knocked on our door and the peephole was out of reach. I'm average height. The bathroom had almost no lighting over the vanity. The low light it did have was blocked by the frame around the mirror. The bed pillows are flat and mattress was hard under a pillow top. I would only recommend for the location.

We love Heat! Love the location! Love having glassware in the room and real wine glasses not plastic cups. Love being provided bottled water. Friendly helpful staff! Very comfortable rooms!

I enjoyed my stay it was a bit noisy at night with the spring break kids.

Stayed here for a few days while visting Lake Havasu. Hotel was clean and modern, rooms are very accommodating with fridge, microwave and views were great of london bridge. Walkable to all shops, night life and the lake. Would deffinantly stay there again.
