It’s the best hotel and staff is amazing

Super convenient. Good location. Competitive price. Small items that could be better: fitted sheet instead of regular sheet. Without a fitted sheet the sheets slid all over the place. Had to flush toilet multiple times even when peeing to get it to go down. Fan in restroom comes on with light and it is extremely loud and obnoxious. I know it’s hot outside but you can’t turn AC lower than 72. All minor really but everyone should know.

Heat Hotel had large wonderful waterfront accommodations. We totally enjoyed sitting in the balcony and seeing the London bridge and all that surrounds it! They don’t offer breakfast or have a restaurant on-site ….but they do provide very good coffee in the entry area. The room and bathroom was very spacious, and all staff were very pleasant and welcoming! This is a nice place to stay for a special occasion!

Love this location. Had a blast. Our bottom room floor was a little loud over Friday and sat night, but I was already prepared as noise travels over the water from Kokomo's. Wish i would have brought my dog as everyone had there's, but it's too hot for my Frenchie. All this within walking distance to restaurants and bars. The london bridge look amazing at night.

Great location (next to restaurants), nice outside bar with amazing view of London Bridge and water. Definitely a place to stay again!

This property is right next to London Bridge. Beautiful views. Very clean and nice accommodations. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Hotel with a boutique feel. Spacious accommodations with great amenities (coffeemaker, microwave, fridge, complimentary bottles of water (much appreciated), mini-bar, etc. Excellent stay. If the location would not be Lake Havasu City (a stop between where you are from and where you want to go) this hotel would be unbeatable in any urban area or travel destination.

I had some concerns about the noise from other reviewers but decided that it would be worth the trade-off for the location. Turned out hotel and location was awesome, as expected and noise was a non-issue. Definitely stay there again!
