We arrived in the middle of a major "El Cid" medieval festival in Burgos. The city was amazing, especially Burgos Cathedral.
The hotel location was perfect, eventhough there was a street party well into the early morning.
I cannot compliment the Horel Receptionist. She was very helpful and courteous ... 5 srars out of 5.

Our stay was great. We had some issues with the reservation through hotels.com but once in the room all went well. The location was great, the room spacious, bathroom clean, overall it was quiet, the receptionist helpful and friendly.

Hotel was pleasant enough but lack of air conditioning made sleep impossible as no fans available in very hot room

I loved it! Furnishings a little dated but that doesn’t affect the comfort the hotel provided. The receptionist was lovely and even gave us a map of the town and told us where the best spots were to eat and tourist locations etc. The hotel room itself was lovely with an awesome shower. There was a tiny slight smell - possibly drains I’m not sure, but it only came now and then. Honestly it’s nothing. There’s a lift, everything worked (other than the bathroom door). The bathroom is open plan - misty glass door swinging open to reveal the toilet and shower, but it’s such a lovely hotel honestly.

I searched for and apartment with 3 rooms for 3 adults and at least 2 bathrooms. What we got, was 1 small room with 3 beds, a bathroom in the room and a bathroom in the hallway shared with others. We checked out immediately and went to the hotel next door.
However, the room was clean and the people were friendly. This is more about the inaccuracies of the search parameters and the listing.

Don't even consider this hotel. The photos on the website had no resemblance to the room I stayed in. I asked for a quiet room with a shower as I have difficulty climbing into and out of tubs. I got a room with a shower but it directly faced a street -with several bars -on a Friday night. And there was construction next door. The room was so small I had lift the bags over the bed to even get in. By the window there was a small table, 2 mismatched chairs, one of which had a broken seat. There was a bed and side table. The bed was so short our feet hung out of the end and I had to walk sideways pressed up against the wall in order to get passed it. The street was so noisy we didn't get to sleep until after 4AM. The man on the desk said with a smile that it was like that all the time. The breakfast was one of the poorest I encountered in Spain. I think the omlette came precooked out of a package. I wouldn't touch it. The hotel is on a walking street that is barriers at the end. It is possible to drive up to the door but only if you figure out how to get the barrier lowered. Parking is under the nearby square a few minutes away. I am quite surprised that Hotels.com even lists this hotel.

My room was on the first floor with a streetview and great decor. had an amazing bathroom with hairdrier and soap. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The hungarian receptionist girl is a sweetheart. She deserves some recognition. Her knowledge of the city is amazing, she had great recommendations about what to see, restaurants and even a hiking shop. Altogether it was a great stay

Hotel is minutes from Burgos Cathedral and in the city centre. Rooms are narrow but long. The windows are cute little sitting nooks that overlook c/ La Puebla.

Excellent small hotel in a fantastic location close to the Cathedral and to the tapas streets. Check in was easy and fast and so was checkout. I needed a taxi after checkout and the front desk called them for me. I had breakfast at the hotel which had a very good selection. I would stay here again.

Cold water. The room was a bit noisy as it is next to the reception. Still a good nights sleep.
