Room was comfortable towels were soft lots of hot water. But having several young girls soccer teams stay for the weekend plus holiday weekend plus families breakfast was a nightmare no place to sit lines very long to use toaster or waffle maker if the hotel knew that it was hosting that many young children they should’ve opened the meeting room for more seating and a place for them all to go away from the people that would’ve liked a quiet breakfast. Also, the breakfast attendant ran around like crazy finally had help, but the floors were trashed food sitting out on plates it just was not a pleasant environment.

Safe and convenient area

Hotel was excellent! Very close to shopping and restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and nice.

Access to the property from the interstate was very easy. Staff was outstanding at work with us to meet really any of our needs. The location of the property was also great for picking up anything we forgot. Dining options were plenty of phone easier to access as well. Room was super clean and well kept overall.

The stay was fine except for the soft lumpy mattress.

The fold-out bed had a mattress protector that was just gross. We called the front desk to find out about sheets for the bed. We were told it was in a bag in the closet. Friendly staff, nice clean rooms

Like Springhill Suites better than Hilton Garden properties and much better value.

I wished you put ventilation fan in the bathroom and also no safety deposit box in the room but the room is nice and clean, bed is comfortable but its a bit high for a small person to climb up

Our stay was good overall. The only 'issues' are the general layout of the room - a TV on the wall that provides inches to pass by on the way to the closets and window; no fan in the tub/toilet room; the toilet paper holder is a long reach from the toilet.

Breakfast quality of food needs improvement

Rooms spacious, clean and very nice. Pool however was 50 degrees ( was supposed to be 84 deg) and the water was cloudy.

The hotel is away from tge interstate so it is nice and quiet. Thee are a numer of restaurants and shopping close by.

The room is laid out perfectly and so spacious. Very nice choice of colors

We had to ask the front desk for extra towels (5 of us stayed we had 4 towels and 3 washcloths) and a blanket set for the pullout sofa. Staff was super friendly and quick to our needs. Our linens had a tear in one of the sheets and the sheets had some minor stains. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future.

Bad smell of bed cover and Big noisy due to children

Very friendly staff. Efficient check in...all good, as usual with Fairfield.

A quick get away for a couple days. Staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in til we left. Very clean, accommodating, friendly. Would absolutely go back in future. Couldn’t hear people in rooms around us and that was amazing.
