Very kind, friendly staff, lovely setting, absolutely delicious food!

Clean hotel no issues with staff. HOWEVER , Why are you charging guests $10 to park ?

We had a handicap room shower was hard to use hot water poor

Everything looked great at first when we got into the room, that is until my son pulled the pillows off the couch and picked up a crusty rag with blood and sperm on it. Ran into the bedroom holding it bare handed. HOW COULD HOUSEKEEPING CALL A ROOM CLEAN WHEN THEY DONT BOTHER TO MOVE PILLOWS OFF THE COUCH OR CHECK BEHIND THEM?!?!

Every staff member was very polite. There was a sweet 16 party on the first floor until midnight, which could be heard and felt. The air conditioning air was really loud and interrupted our sleep. Also the people directly above us were stomping around well after midnight.

We had a great time at this facility. We love the accommodations, the kindness of the staff and the fact that we could pre-pay for breakfast, which was delicious I might add.

There was a lot of dead bugs in the room. The shower water was coming out brown and the water wasn’t going down the drain it was like taking a bath and a shower at the same time. Some staff members didn’t seem to friendly. This would be my first and last time stay at this location.

Front desk was extremely helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Great location for our trips needs.

The hotel itself was well-maintained and had a good location, with amenities like a pool and a restaurant. The presence of noisy children in the room above significantly impacted the overall experience, making it difficult to relax or enjoy quiet time.

Elevators could use some brightening up. Garden areas were lovely.
