Clean and spacious rooms

Nice quiet place with small kitchen so could hang out easily without going out for food & drink. Pretty easy to get around once I had figured out public transport.

Very nice people at reception. I did not have coffee in the room only the coffee maker. I went to get coffee at the breakfast area, but I was told I had to pay it. I went to reception to pay but they said it was free. Overall nice.

Great location and quality for the price

Good property in a run down area of Bordeaux. Rooms clean and comfortable and very quiet. Reception polite and cheerful. Walkable to the centre. Would stay here again as good value for money. ☺

The staffs here are friendly & helpful, especially when I need help going certain places and restaurants. The only imperfection is the shower part. The water splashed on the floor because the glass only covered halfway. But overall, I highly recommended this hotel!

Great location, just 5 minutes from a lively square and shopping street

could not figure out how to access the reception office entrance was way in the back of the parking lot which was locked for access. not clear.......

The office staff was very helpful in finding things in town and finding a ride to the airport. Thank you.

Easy, flat walk to centre. Good breakfast. Rooms a little dusty - no English tv channel. No area in hotel to sit or have a coffee etc other than your room. Friendly, helpful staff.

Friendly and cortous

We never got the TV to work; internet was intermittent; it took several minutes for water to be hot after running it; and the freezer in the refrigerator needed defrosting. It was a spacious room, with a tiny and functional kitchen area. Public transportation was very near and it was close to restaurants.

Comfortable

I would recommend staying in another area, a bit unsafe feeling at night compared to the other areas of Bordeaux. Good price for a room but I bit dirty and the breakfast was not worth the 10 euros, go to a coffee shop instead.

Nice staff, walk into town, near all the nightlife. Hotel needs a good deap clean. Found loads of spiders and bugs in the room. We had no coffee or milk, which would have been good. Tv, and AC was good. Comfy bed and pillows:

There's bugs in the bathroom. Only one coffee pod on the first day. None on the second day.

Everything looks kind of dated... and the area looks a little dodgy. However, it was safe and close to the city center. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking for a reasonable fee

Everything was Ok except towels which are cheap quality.
