Good value, staff at check in was brusque, but very efficient and politely mean if that makes sense. He made it extremely clear he had expectations for guest behavior and that was nice to experience. He was not rude, just a bit sharp. I was happy with it. Room had a slight moisture issue leading to a little bit of mold beginning to form on bathroom ceiling, but overall great value for money, I definitely recommend for a good, affordable one night stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was respectful and kind. I really enjoyed my day.

The staff was very pleasant and professional. The water in my room took 5min just to get to warm not even hot. I picked the hotel because the pictures showed a gym with equipment for strength training. When I got there it only had two treadmills and two ellipticals. There's only one elevator at the property. The size of the pillows were for an infants crib not a king size bed. Pet peeve of mine is establishments using styrofoam (in this case, plates) to serve food.

Check-in was very easy & efficient. I don’t remember her name while I was at the desk, but I checked in at around 6-6:30pm & she was super sweet & helpful! My partner & I did notice a bit of unclean areas such as the pool though. We also had an issue with the tub/shower drain in our room. We noticed when we turned on the water there were black particles coming out of the drain, and the drain itself was draining very slowly. I called and let the front desk know, but they said it would have to be addressed in the morning & when I did address it then, they just stated the boss would offer a discount or something but never gave much else information honestly. I would also note that there was a bit of a smell in the room but I’m not sure how to describe it other than humidity smell. Overall though, the room was clean, bathroom sort of clean, & very calm and quiet in the hotel itself.

Initial hotel reservations was canceled. This was supposedly a comparable replacement booking mnit was like sleeping in someone’s old bed,ent. House all night and all morning

Upon arrival the shower had dirty footprints in it. Did not have enough towels and wash clothes to accommodate number of guests. There was also a roach on the counter!!!

Greta location to the beach and to town

When I arrived at check in time, the hotel did not have any clean rooms, and a lobby full of people had to wait 30-45 minutes to get rooms. The manager who came in at that time did the best he could and handled the situation with skill and empathy. The prior manager was doing nothing and being defensive and lazy.

Service was poor. Called me at 10:30pm night before to verify my credit card waking me up.

Staff was nice. Room had an odor.
