It was an easy 5 minute walk from the ferry. They checked me in a bit early and the room was large and comfortable. Nice view out the large windows. The bed and bedding are comfortable. My only complaint would be that the room was too warm and the climate control didn’t work. Guessing this is the transition time of year. The breakfast was delicious with huge numbers of choices. Pretty easy walk to old Tallinn which is why you are here, no? I walked 6 miles that day and unfortunately had to leave after a day but I’m surely going to return as the city aside from the old town area looks to be explored also.

a reasonable stay apart from a "rugby scrum" to get breakfast with so many visitors at the same time. Temporary (Students) staff need better training to cope with crowds.

The room was spacious with a partial view of the water. No A/C in the room, so the first day was warm (Very unusual for Tallinn). Everything in the room worked. Big bathroom and big, walk in show. Massive breakfast buffet. My wife and I each gained several pounds!! (ok, ok. Just me. Not my wife.) 15 minute walk to old town and next to the ferry port, so the location is good!

Always good value for money. Couple of little things, sink in bathroom badly cracked, biro/pencil in room would have been useful. Good breakfast, friendly staff

Brilliant hotel. I use it every time I'm in Estonia. Comfy rooms, convenient for the ferry port and the city, excellent, helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfasts. Right next door (literally) to Nautica shopping centre - but still nice and quiet. Very highly recommended.

I like this property as it is close to excellent shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent. I used the fitness room and it was good for me. The only thing I would like is more water pressure in the shower.

The hotel air conditioning was broken while we stayed in Hestia Hotel Europa during June heat wave. During the night, the temperature at the room stayed above 30C, so hardly any sleep. After two nights with no sleep and no fix for the air conditioner, we were transfered to Hestia Hotel Seaport. Nothing good to say about that hotel, except air conditioning sort of worked.

The superior room has a nice balcony and a view to the port/sea. In summer time the sun is shining to the balcony about 4pm to 10.30pm. The room itself is spacious and there is a good bed with firm matress. The hotel is modern Scandinavian style and in good condition. There is a sauna and gym without extra charge. Cleanliness is very good, the only minus is a balcony because of the birds. If you don`t want to use the hotel parking, there is a large parking area next to it for only 4e/24h.

We had to try six (6) rooms to find a decent one. This was not fun at 00:00 to 1:30. Room 414: Dirt on the ground, musty bedding, and the bathroom was streaked with dust and smelled of mildew. Towels were missing or messy. My skin is very sensitive, so I went to the front desk. The agent offered a new towel and a room change. Room 442: We immediately had to change again, as the bathroom stank of mold. The flooring is also coming up and the cracks are filled with nastiness. Cleaning needs new vacuums, seriously. Room 542: Mildew-y bathroom. In addition, the lights in the main room were not working, and there was a giant crack on the balcony door. Room 419: There was a bloodstain on the sheet and a moldy smell in the bathroom. Room 417: Again, more moldy smells. Room 415: There was no moldy smell in the bathroom and no blood on the sheets, and we were exhausted! Notes: -Blood on the mattress. -Residue splashed on the wall and floor of the bathroom. -Dried pee on the sides of the toilet. -Crusty shower heads. -The door didn't really work. Also: -Not all of the light switches worked. The room lights could be turned on without the key card. -The hotel elevators can be operated without key cards. -The towels were quite worn, and coming apart in at least one case. -The carpets are very stained and other patrons clearly attacked the furniture at some point. On the upside, the people working the front desk are very capable. It's not their fault the hotel is falling apart.

Staff were not very friendly. Never experienced anything like it anywhere else. Service was slow unfriendly. We ended up dining out elsewhere other than the hotel. Food wasn't that great anyway.

The best thing about this hotel is its location, 5~10 min walk away to the port and tourist attraction, plus right across the street, there’s a big shopping mall. The room is also spacious. But it also has a few problems with the room condition ! The drainage was poor that while a shower your feet are in not tidy water and on the tables and the beds you see dust. Cleaning seems not enough...
