Poorly maintained, there were centipedes in the one unit. There was a sign on the door that stated it was going to be exterminated for bugs this coming week. Unfortunately, it was after we departed. A/C was not working in the other unit, that was taken care of promptly so we appreciated that. Check-in process very poor. You can't check in until after 4:00 we arrived at 4:30 and waited an hour and a half in line with only 2 people working the check-in line to get people to their units. However, at the counter wanting you to schedule a time to tour and hear about becoming an owner they were standing around talking, laughing having a great time. I was not about to waste more of my time listening to why I should buy into Wyndham Resorts.We had a 12 hour drive standing in line for that long was ridiculous! Improve your check-in process. Make sure unit is cleaned and smells clean, maybe spray for bugs more often. I would like to commend the young lady that checked us in. I wish I remembered her name. She was courteous, kind and always smiling even with the amount of people still waiting behind us in line. While some of her co-workers just stood at the counter they were not allowed to move from according to the lady with the clipboard.. It's all about first impressions people and it wasn't a very good first impression.
