Everything was great until the fire alarm went off @ 7:30 in the morning, and of course I’m on the 4th floor and you know elevators don’t work when alarms are going off so after a good 15 min of alarm in your ear we left. Suitcase down 4 story’s isn’t any fun.

The customer service at check-in and check-out was amazing - very kind, helpful and friendly staff! The hotel is so conveniently located near the beach, which was just awesome! The general atmosphere of this place was clean and comfortable , would definitely stay again! Hghly recommended!!! Thank you for having us!

The people were very friendly and didn’t hesitate to give me more supplies I had a total of 9 people with my room on our family trip

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the service was great, the property itself is in need of renovations. I didn’t realize until after booking that there was no pool, but that wasn’t a huge issue. However, our first room had a leak. The gentleman at the front desk was super kind and helpful, but the young lady initially blamed us for not having the AC on—even though we hadn’t turned it off. When we returned to our room, the AC was off, and the ceiling was leaking. To make matters worse, the couch in the suite was terribly dirty and disgusting—I wouldn’t sit on it, let alone allow my son to sleep on it. After calling the manager, they were very accommodating and quickly offered to relocate us. The second room was much cleaner and in better condition. I assume the larger suites take more wear and tear from families, but it’s unfortunate that they aren’t maintained as well. Parking was another major issue. The number of spaces is very limited, and there are no signs indicating that they are reserved for hotel guests. Because the hotel shares the property with a bar, many of the spots were taken, leaving us to park on the street the second night, which was very stressful. The breakfast area was also disappointing—there were only a handful of bles, which is far too small for a hotel with multiple floors of rooms. The food didn’t look very appetizing either. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was out dated a bit and the parking was horrible. Holiday Inn have more parking spots than this hotel. The are sharing a parking lot. The great thing about this place it is close by the beach. The parking and out dated room was the worst.

Upon pulling in you can tell this hotel has seen better days. The outside is literally falling apart. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The elevator needs major repairs and was often dirty. The room left much to be desired. It was outdated and had numerous cheap "landlord" patches. The tub didnt drain well.. we had to fight with the stopper to keep it going. The oven kept setting the smoke detector off while pre-heating. The TV in the main area was constantly struggling to maintain a signal and glitched through every show we attempted to watch. The bedroom TV was much better. The dishwasher was missing a rack but worked well when we used it. When we asked for a blanket for the pull out couch we were told no-they dont offer blankets for the pull out. Only a sheet set. We asked for a crib (as they advertised) that we requested at booking- they dont have any cribs. Only a single play pen. The queen beds were as hard as a rock. Pillows were comfortable but each bed only had three. The "business" center is a single HP computer with matching printer in the front lobby. Breakfast was unappealing- microwaved sausage links, egg patties, cereal, waffles, coffee, juice, and pastries. Thankfully, with a full kitchen, we were able to make our own. The patking lot is very limited so if you dont ahow up early, youre likely stuck parking on the street and walking. Great distance from the beach... and even though we didnt have a balcony, you could see the coast from our window.

I stay here 2 -3 times a year. the high standard of cleanliness and friendly staff are a bonus

Need to replace the pillows. They are too small, not regular size..

Limited parking in front of hotel. Shower curtain wasnt long enough to keep water in tub. We liked the area, close to beach, places to eat nearby, beach access close by for vehicles. Hope to stay here again.

Location. It was perfect with kids by the beach.

The property owners should be fined for allowing guests to stay in a hotel in this condition.

We didn't stay are you kidding me. 1st our room wasn't ready. 2nd there is a tiki bar with a bunch of bad looking people hanging out in the parking lot. 3rd the room was old small the cabinets in the picture looked like they were going to fall apart. There was a bad smell through out the hotel. The people working there had a careless attitude. Lady behind the front counter had prision tattoos all over her face with access to your info. My wife has cancer and did not feel safe there at all. I heard the staff yell at another customer about the door card getting unprogrammed. Just a very bad vibe and no way we could stay there.

Breakfast was minimal. No decaf coffee, juice machine didn’t work, poor first impression as entry door is filthy. Trash laying around outside. Management has no idea how to run or maintain a hotel.
