Lovely elegant property close to the station! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable!

For a quick stay to get the train the next morning after staying at a Vineyard It was perfect and got to see everything within walking distance

Close to main attractions and train station, breakfast very good and very friendly staff, the lady at the breakfast very attentive and makes the best expresso coffe!. Rooms are big the AC isn’t the nest but maybe is the country standard. We have a great experience anyways

Shower is very small but room was very nice and clean.

The room I stayed in looked nothing like the photos. There was a weird makeshift shower in the bathroom right next to the toilet. Very misleading photos on Expedia.

Our room was ready early so we got a chance to drop our luggage and recuperate after a very long travel day. The hotel is walkable from the train station, so we could avoid needing another mode of transportation although the area around the train station is necessary to be alert. Lastly, our family room with another room with beds and a second bathroom (amazing) for our kids gave us plenty of room - more than we ever expected.

Picked location close to main train station. Also because of late check in.

We stayed at Hotel Embassy for 4 nights. The hotel is very convenient to the train station, which was our top priority. The staff was very nice and the room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again.

If only the staff was a bit more helpful and it was more accessible with luggage and strollers

Hotel was excellent

My family stayed at Hotel Embassy during a brief trip to Italy over the holidays. The hotel was very well located near to the major sights, yet did not suffer from street crowding common with other tourist hotels. Very clean rooms and services.

This hotel was very easy to find as it’s near the station it was very clean with great facilities the check in was very quite rooms nice and tidy bathroom had a fantastic shower it’s located within walking distance everything being close to the railway station also has its problems as it seems to a meeting place for a lot of people which at times made you wary of which side of the road to walk on I must say I was never approached in anyway however there was quite a few police in the area !!!

Good location near train station.

The hotel is in a good condition. The location is perfect - close to the train station and not too far from the tourist spots. Breakfast is okay. We could hear the trams next to our room at night. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom so the bathroom seemed very damp after a shower.

Great location, best bang for your buck. Right outside of the main city and top tier hospitality. Top hotel in Florence.

Overall good stay. Bit noisy due to the proximity of the trams.
