Great staff. Beautiful historical property. Great atmosphere. Easy access to historical areas. Highly recommended.

Marshall House staff very friendly, very helpful with info for dinning & things to do in the area. Great morning breakfast to get your day started. Rooms very clean, comfortable bed. After a busy day hotel had evening activities for the guest with wine & cheese. Thank you for everything, hope to come back and stay again.

Marshall House, a great place to stay. Staff super friendly & helpful. Rooms have a lot of character, the bed very comfortable, rooms very clean & great breakfast. Much to do & see in walking distance. Lots of great restaurants, I'd recommend the Low Shrimp Boil from across the street. Parking garages close by, hopefully they get the elevator working. Parking on the street, make sure to read the signs.

Everything was great except the AC in the room was so loud we had to turn it off to sleep. Otherwise it was great, comfy bed, lots of hot water and nice furnishings. The hotel was lovely with alot od beautiful mueseun

Nice, well kept property! We loved our stay. And...we did have some surprise noises in our room on the 4th floor both nights 👻😬

We always love being at the Marshall house

This place was beautiful and in a great location! Our room was cozy and the shower was very small, but love the staff and the bar and restaurant connected. The breakfast that was included was wonderful! The managers reception every evening is wonderful! Wish I would have picked a different room with a balcony.

The people were nice and friendly, it was close to the river walk. And Leopold’s ice cream!

Loved the evening entertainment especially the historian talk

For the exorbitant price per night, the air conditioning system was so loud and old that I could not sleep, and the windows are single pane, and you could hear each car going by as well as the loud party guests. It did, however, drown out the balcony noise from the loud party, when it did come on. The room and bathroom were very small for close to $400 per night. My wife sat at breakfast, and my to go order came before she was served hers in the atrium, so she just got hers to go as well, took 40 minutes just to get mine to go. Some staff were quite pleasant, other staff were not. The concierge told me that I could not get a cab to River Street, only an uber. I later found out this was not so. We will not book at this hotel again.

Beautiful lobby however the view from our room was awful! The room was small with limited walking space and very dirty ceiling fan. Bathroom was clean and well stocked.

The lobby and hallways are grand and the atrium where breakfast is served is beautiful and historic. The library was a wonderful gathering place during the reception hour. Live music dod not disappoint, but the staff are what make this hotel great. Lovely hotel excellent staff!

The wine and cheese in the evening was a nice touch. The staff was super friendly
