A slightly curious, albeit faceless corporate events hotel.
The faceless touchscreen check-in sets the tone, albeit with a member of staff hovering in your peripheral vision while you do so.
The room was clean and warm, frustratingly the extract fan to the bathroom emitted a low level hum at all times (much like leaving your toothbrush on charge).
Having requested that breakfast for one be added at booking, it subsequently wasn't and I was then charged an eye watering £17.50 (?!) retrospectively (it's £13 on Hotels.com).
