Lovely hotel and room and the gym was just amazing. But the room was so hot. No aircon, just a little fan and couldn’t open the window. Didn’t get much sleep.

On the whole very impressed with the hotel, clean and modern with good facilities on site, breakfast was nice with good choices. The only disappointment we had was on check in we were directed to the machine that didn’t work and the assistant on check in desk told us the machine can do it much better than I can, which after a long day traveling is not what you expect to hear

Overall very comfortable and safe and clean

Nice room, great facilities, restaurant closed at 8 and there’s not much around other than a McDonalds service station or a supermarket around so evening meal is limited.

Staff friendly and left us a special congratulations message on our bed. Property very clean and quiet location.

Nice overnight stay for a reasonable price. Flexible support from staff due to limited physical ability, swapped rooms to ground floor for us.

Lovely stay. Food was good. Service was excellent. A couple of technical issues in room, but they were dealt with efficiently. Would stay again.

A slightly curious, albeit faceless corporate events hotel. The faceless touchscreen check-in sets the tone, albeit with a member of staff hovering in your peripheral vision while you do so. The room was clean and warm, frustratingly the extract fan to the bathroom emitted a low level hum at all times (much like leaving your toothbrush on charge). Having requested that breakfast for one be added at booking, it subsequently wasn't and I was then charged an eye watering £17.50 (?!) retrospectively (it's £13 on Hotels.com). Avoid

Our time at the Waterford was short, so we were not able to see or use all the facilities offered, and give them full review. We will be staying here again. Our only criticism is, the cocktails were very weak & not worth the money, we would recommend at trip to the near by supermarket.
