We like this hotel as it's really well placed for us when we visit family. The staff are friendly and helpful and it's been our go to place to stay for at least 4 years. 👍

Competitive price and friendly staff. Convenient for travelers with own cars.

Parking all full when I arrived and so had to park on side road by side of car park. It was unlit and felt very unsafe. I worried whether my car would get broken into. The room itself was satisfactory although a big dated. Chipped desk and scaling around shower and fittings. Perfectly adequate but that is all!

The hotel was ok but the room’s definitely need some attention. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable at all which negatively impacted our sleep. The rest of the room is very basic but ok. The staff are all very friendly and the breakfast was amazing.

Hotel is purposely for the travelling tradie. It’s in a congested area and traffic is heavy morning and evening. Rooms are basic but comfortable. Shower and toilet have the feel of a public toilet and smells of damp and yes there’s black mould too. Breakfast was cheap but not great with low quality food and only white bread available. Dinner was disappointing too, it’s hard to get fish and chips wrong but they served in a daft basket with fish on top of the chips so the chips were super greasy. Peas are served in a plant pot. My server was totally unsuited for the job.

No hand wash, shampoo or body wash in the room. Both containers were empty and there was only enough toilet roll for one person, which makes you wonder if the room is even checked and cleaned properly after each stay. Mattress left us with a back ache for two days, so overall would not recommend staying here.

Great especially air con in room but in bar it was stifling so couldn’t sit in there as air con was broken :( Only other gripe was my room key never worked only husbands, very annoying running back & to to Recep. Overall very good though wld stay again

We were attending the commonwealth games and it proved a perfect location.

Stayed during Commonwealth Games excellent location and transport links into the city. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent and lunch time snack good. Shame not food later in the evening.

Really friendly staff, lovely reception area. Car parking was plentiful.
