This was my second time staying at Country Inn and Garden, with many years between each visit. We had the same room, both visits, which we found funny and a bit of a home coming. A great place to stay close to the airport. This is a great transit hotel.

We had a great experience here between the pool, proximity to restaurants, and shuttle to the airport. We would definitely stay again in the future!

There’s not an elevator, so be aware. The room was well stocked but a little crowded. The staff were exceptional. I appreciate the airport shuttle. The breakfast was above average. The restaurant was overpriced.

I didn't like needing to get our luggage up and down to the 2nd floor in the first building. We are in our 70's and it was difficult. The breakfast was not nearly as good as it was three years ago when we last stayed at your property. The scrambled eggs and the fruit and the coffee were very good, but the other items were not.

Noisy, no elevator nor bell boy, a/c in bad condition.

Been here many times, but they need to install elevators hard for seniors or someone with bunch of luggage going up those stairs and no bell boy either. The elevator in my room sounded as if it was going to break apart, and I could hear each and every step of the people above me. They need to improve in these areas, other than that the price is descent.

I received fast and friendly service from a very welcoming staff. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable and cozy. This made my stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

The staff were exceptional in customer service. Kevin at the front desk was amazing and courteous. The room was clean every day by housekeeping. I felt very safe and comfortable staying at the hotel.

This is a huge property and beautiful and professional. The staff is so nice and friendly and helpful. We had some technical issue in the room and they immediately changed the room and in our next stay after 2 days they actually waved our charge for the stay and also arranged Dinner as courtesy.

Amazing tranquility ~ top Quality coffee & tea packets in room to make your own. Plentiful breakfast incl fresh fruits and lots of typical Costa Rican typical foods.beautiful great premises. Timely airport shuttle included. I come to Costa Rica each year and always use them the night before my airport departure.

Room is a little old, could use some updating, no English tv channels.

La chambre etait propre, lit un peu petit pour 2 adultes ( lit double) mais confortable. On entend beaucoup la circulation et les klaxons dans la nuit, mais c'était qu'une seule nuit pour l'arrivée et le départ en avion. Les shuttles sont seulement qu'un fous par heure donc on a souvent besoin d'un taxi moyennant environ 35$ us pour le transport a l'aéroport ou l'inverse. En résumé, bon hotel pour l'arrivée et départs en avion, mais peut être pas pour un long séjour
