Front desk staff was frienddly. However food in the lounge wasn't worth the price.

Clean room, front desk lady was extremely helpful and friendly. A lot of things close by for food and shopping.

I stay here often! The staff are awesome! Rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is a lounge in the building which has a good choice of offerings--and karaoke on Friday nights.

Always a good stay!

We stayed for one night. The place and the reception was great however the staff in the bar were not at all welcoming. Note: the Korean place 'kimchi house' next to the hotel has wonderful staff and yummy food.

Elevator wasn’t working, but otherwise great stay. The restaurant had excellent food.

We landed here after a long day of driving and hiking on the Icefield Parkway, the staff was friendly and efficient and the bed and room were just what we needed.

Good basic accommodation. Short drive to the Beaver Boardwalk which was nice in the am and pm

Staff and room were both really good. It was just very noisy from the hiway. That being said I’m a light sleeper!

We were provided with a physical key. That kind of tells you age. A little dated. Friendly staff. I wish I had stayed in Jasper
